The Space:

359 Tarpon Boulevard is located on the southern side of Fripp Island on the canal. This 1-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has been newly updated, including kitchen counter tops, new floors, carpet, paint, and furniture.



The screened-in porch, right off the kitchen, is a delightful place to have your morning coffee, evening cocktails, or a meal, with a table and chairs. The large deck across the back of the house has a gas grill and beautiful views of the canal. The backyard has a brick fire pit with surrounding chairs for those cooler nights.



The primary bedroom has a king bed and a twin, with an en suite bath. The other bedrooms have 2 queen beds and 1 queen and a twin. These rooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub combination. There is a large wall-mounted TV in the living room.



This house is set back from the street for the privacy you may desire from the hustle and bustle of Tarpon Boulevard; however, it is still in the heart of the action for those who like it.



A brand new dock has been added to this property for your fishing or crabbing desires. Bring your boat!



A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural beauty.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
