Welcome to 359 Tarpon Blvd, a charming canal-front retreat nestled quietly back from the road—yet just seconds from the heart of Fripp Island. Enjoy effortless access to shopping, dining, tennis, and, of course, the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

Step inside to a spacious living room filled with natural light and direct access to a deck overlooking the peaceful canal beyond. To the right, you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining room, creating an easy space for gathering. From the dining area, step out onto the screened porch, perfect for relaxed al fresco meals or morning coffee with a breeze.

To the left of the living area are the home’s three bedrooms. The king primary suite includes a twin futon for additional sleeping space and features a private en suite bath with a walk-in shower. Across the hall are two additional guest rooms—one offering two queen beds, and the other featuring a queen bed plus a twin. These rooms share a convenient hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

Outside, the backyard opens to the canal, where a firepit with comfortable seating awaits, as well as a dock for fishing or taking in the water views. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and share easy conversations as the sun sets over the water.

This home does not allow pets.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island.

Also included in your rental are up to 9 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
