The house has a south-facing terrace (awning and shelter) where you will love to gather to enjoy a good breakfast, sunbathing, or a refreshing aperitif accompanied by delicious grilled food. The terrace is equipped with a water point for beach returns, a gas plancha, a table and 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds and 2 deckchairs, to enjoy the flowery garden.



The house can accommodate up to 4 people, it is divided into two floors, on the ground floor, you will find the living space, with a living room, a comfortable corner where you can settle on one of the two sofas to enjoy a TV moment (DVD player) or a fire with its pellet stove. You will find the kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is recent and very well equipped (gas cooking, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle). You will enjoy gathering there to prepare good dishes and then share them at the dining table.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, with new bedding and both benefiting from an adjoining bathroom, each with a hairdryer. The first will be ideal for a couple or parents with its large double bed (160x200) and the second can accommodate another duo or children with its two single beds (80x190). A space is also arranged so that children can gather there to read and have fun.



Finally, for maximum comfort, you will find a third bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for removing sand after returning from the beach.
