This is a HUGE unique property only minutes away from Chattanooga. The main house boasts charming character and design and was just completely renovated in Jan. 2025 with all updated finishes. Attached are 2 separate apartment units with their own access to enter. That means 3 living rooms and 3 fully stocked kitchens with all plate-ware, cookware, etc! This property is perfectly set up for family reunions, church retreats, or large sports teams to travel!
Home Layout:
The main home is a 100+ year old home that sits on the right if you are facing the house and it has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are on the left side of the home and there is 1 bedroom closer to the kitchen. There is a living area in the middle of the home and a large dining room/sunroom over by the kitchen. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king bed, the room next to it has a queen bed, then down the hall the bedroom has a bunk bed (full on bottom twin on top) and lastly, the bedroom closer to the living room/kitchen has a queen bed.
Attached to the main home is the upstairs and downstairs newly renovated addition. The upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a queen size beds. The kitchen and living room is an open space concept with lots of seating in the dining area and a large L shaped couch in the living room. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed. The downstairs basement unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed.
Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with plateware, glassware, and cookware. We also provide a drip coffee pot with medium-roast Folgers coffee.
Fire-Pit:
You are welcome to use the fire pit in the middle of the circle driveway. You will need to bring your own camping chairs, lighter, and firewood.
Charcoal Grill:
There are two charcoal grills on this property that guests are welcome to use. You will need to bring your own charcoal, starter, and lighters. Please clean the grate after you use it
DRIVEWAY: This property sits up on top of a hill! There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top! Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time.
Weather and Outages!
As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
