This duplex house is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac and is therefore not suitable for gatherings, parties or soirées, which are strictly forbidden. Peace and quiet must be respected. It can accommodate up to 12 people.

1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed + 1 pull-out bed (with 2 90x190 mattresses)
1 children's bedroom with 4 single beds (90x190)

You can also enjoy a private outdoor garden for lunch or simply soak up the sun on the sun loungers or in the heated swimming pool (5mx3m). Separate private entrance.
The flat is completely non-smoking.
Pets allowed. Private parking space.

Bakery (excellent) 5min walk away
Biocoop in the same place as the bakery.
Supermarket (Leclerc) and hard discount (Lidl) 5 minutes away by car.
It is also possible to reach Gâvres or Lorient by boat (particularly interesting during the Interceltic Festival). Bikes can be taken on board.

Heated swimming pool available from May to the end of September (weather permitting).
