Our stay as Casa Espanola was perfect! Besides the fact that the villa was in an excellent location with incredible views, the property was kept clean and any questions or issues we had during our stay were addressed immediately by an incredibly helpful and attentive host. The villa had everything we needed and more. The concierge was always available to assist with making reservations and made our week go better than we could have ever expected! The staff went above and beyond in every way and we are so grateful! We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Española in Manuel Antonio. The ocean and jungle views are absolutely breathtaking—especially from the beautiful pool area, where we spotted monkeys, a sloth, and a variety of birds throughout the day.The house is spacious and comfortable, with each bedroom having its own private bathroom, which was a big plus for our group. It offered the perfect balance of shared space and personal privacy.The host was very responsive and helpful, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.We highly recommend Casa Española for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty and relaxed pace of Manuel Antonio.

Casa Española was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean on arrival, was well furnished, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. We used the chef service for many of our meals — Luis was INCREDIBLE. Everyone in our group raved about the food and we couldn’t be happier with him. Communication with the concierge and other staff was great, scheduled pick ups for activities were always on time. It also might be helpful to know that the house is split into two separate units — the main and upper floors and the lower floor do not connect inside the house and have separate entrances, making it a little inconvenient for your group if you book both of them. Overall, we were very happy with our experience!

Amazing Stay & Excellent Chef!

Our group had a fantastic stay at Casa Española. The space was amazing and location couldn't be better. Excellent communication with property management and concierge. We decided to hire Chef Luis for our stay which was the best decision we made! The food was exceptional and don't know how our future vacations will even compare! Thank you so much for being part of our celebration!

A Jungle Paradise

The home was absolutely lovely and the view spectacular. It is located in a neighborhood with many restaurants with great food. The property manager was a great guy who was very responsive to any request we had. The chef prepared a delicious meal for our group of 14. Could not ask for a better rental!

16 people had the BEST time!

This property is such a dream! I can’t rave enough about the communications, setting up everything we needed and more on our trip. Debby was wonderful with all our transportation set up, groceries & everything we might have wanted. Chef Luis & Hilary delighted us each morning and night with their culinary MAGIC! The food was so fresh & so FANTASTIC! They even prepared the fresh fish caught by a fishing excursion that day. The house is huge! Almost so large that our group of 16 had trouble finding each other at times! The most unexpected and wonderful part of the house? The animals you might see each day, Monkeys, Sloths, Toucans, Scarlet Macaws and more were spotted everyday. It was truly a dream vacation and such a wonderful way to spend multiple birthday celebrations! It is Pura Vida!

Matrimony

We had family and friends aged 16-75. Everyone loved the house! We especially loved Debby our concierge and Luis, our chef! The housekeepers did an exceptional job and did our laundry and cleaned thoroughly everyday! It was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had! Debby was available day and night to help arrange our daily activities and transportation. If we needed something from the store, she would get it. I recommend having her help out as prices are cheaper that way. We got married on the penthouse floor and the view was just gorgeous! We used photonics 360 for photography, Priscilla Solano for hair and makeup, Chef Luis for the meal, and JoylisEventsCR for the chairs and tables. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend this place and it was worth every penny!

A Dream Wedding Destination in Costa Rica

My stay at Casa Espanola for our wedding was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the experience was impeccable.The standout feature was undoubtedly our concierge, Debby who went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary.Debby's responsiveness was truly impressive;she addressed every request within minutes, her ability to coordinate last-minute taxis, excursions, and transportation for all our guests to and from the airport was seamless,alleviating any stress we might have had.The highlight of our pre-wedding festivities was the cocktail party on the penthouse deck.The attention to detail was extraordinary, tables and chairs were arranged to match the colors of our wedding, and a beautiful swan made of towels adorned our bed, creating a fairytale-like atmosphere.The breathtaking view from the house, was awe-inspiring.Waking up to monkeys on the deck added an enchanting touch,making it feel like we were living in a dream.The accommodations were beyond spacious, providing each guest with their own comfortable space. It truly felt like a piece of heaven on earth. The option to have a chef prepare breakfast every morning was a delightful touch, and the food was nothing short of amazing.One convenient aspect worth mentioning is the acceptance of American currency everywhere,eliminating the need to convert money. Additionally,the proximity of numerous restaurants and shops within a mile from the villa.It was a dream vacation!

Amazing Views!

Fantastic property with plenty of room and fantastic views. We had the chef for four of the days we were there and wished we had done more. Close to store and attractions. Everyone involved was easy to work with and very responsive.

Vacation of a lifetime!

Genuinely the best vacation I have ever had. The house was AMAZING -- truly more beautiful than the pictures. Luxury building, very clean and well-maintained. Chefs Luis and Fabian were phenomenal -- your stay at Casa Espanola wouldn't be complete without the private chef experience. I had a group of 28 20-somethings in this house, and it did not feel crowded. The beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were clean and very high-end, the views were STUNNING. Debby the concierge was very responsive and helped solve any logistics issues that arose from arranging taxis to the beach to booking jet ski excursions and more! We spent the last few days of our trip dreaming about coming back every year forever :) The neighborhood is very quiet and safe (gated community), easy walk to stores and restaurants, and also an easy walk to the beach or the bus. I can't recommend Casa Espanola highly enough!

Most amazing stay!

I cannot recommend this house strongly enough. We came to Quepos for a week as a family group (19 people, aged 3 to 75) and had an absolutely wonderful time. Amy helped coordinate all the activities for our trip before it even began and was so incredibly helpful even as plans changed frequently. The house concierge Debby was always available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Luis and Fabian cooked us amazing meals - I HIGHLY recommend hiring them to cater for your groups. There food was delicious and it was easier, cheaper, and better than trying to go out to eat or cook ourselves. There were daily maids who kept the house clean and maintenance staff available if there were ever any concerns. The house and views are awesome and the pool is perfect. All the rooms are large and there were plenty of beds and space for everyone. I truly had such an amazing trip and everyone in our group raved about the house and services offered. One unique thing -this house is set up almost like three different large apartments with separate entrances and a shared common area. It is a bit hard to explain, and it worked well for us despite the fact that we had small kids in our group, but is just an FYI if it matters to you. We were visited by monkeys and saw a sloth, parrots, toucans, etc. all from the decks. It really was amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You will not be disappointed.

Fun Property

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. We had a very large group and this property is in a great location for this area. lots of food options and central to the park and town. The view is amazing. Nothing much bad. Would have liked a fridge downstairs. We stayed on the pool deck and there was a lot of traffic from other people using the kitchen and socializing. Seems like they were missing this or that on their levels and needed to borrow whatever dish or item that was in the main kitchen. The monkeys in the morning were always fun to watch. Make sure to secure all the doors or they will come in and take your food. Made some great memories in this area hope to come back someday.

Casa Espanola

Property as was beautiful and as pictures indicated the views were magnificent. I cannot say enough about the staff. (Concierge, housekeeping, maintenance and the Chef (Louis and Debra). We truly enjoyed our stay and felt so welcomed by everyone we came in contact with. We felt at home and the meals prepared were beyond tasteful and filling. Do yourself a favor and get the package for meals it was well worth it. Can’t wait to do this again! My family of 19 will be forever grateful for this experience. And thanks again Amy for all the feedback on questions we had during the booking process.

Fabulous spring break week

We had 3 families in the house. The location is great - in the jungle with an ocean view. The house is very spacious and laid out well- room for us all to gather as well as space for privacy. Our rides from the airport were arranged for us as well as our excursions. And anything we needed during the week, the concierge helped with. We had Chef Luis for the week and he was awesome. It was a short walk to a small grocery store as well as several restaurants. It was a great vacation!

Beautiful!

Large adult group plus an infant! We had an incredible stay at Casa española! The staff was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond with any needs we had! The photos do not do the view justice! Chef Luis was amazing! Highly recommend adding the all inclusive package, everything he cooked was delicious! We had a couple resident sloths and monkeys who hung out in the trees right off the porch! So fun! Only complaint is that the pool was really cold, so unfortunately we were really ever able to get in. Overall, highly recommend! Juan made our stay very comfortable. We will definitely be back :)

One of our best vacations!

19 of us stayed at this amazing villa! Perfect space for all. Chef Luis and Jose made exceptional breakfasts and dinners (we had them choose the menu each day, which added anticipation to their well thought out and cooked meals!). Our concierge Juan helped plan exceptional and seamless excursions, from night jungle tours, fishing charters, to a catamaran for our whole group. Amy, the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was amazing, plenty of space for all of us to hang out and enjoy eachothers company. Exceptional views of the pacific ocean, and right next door to Manuel Antonio NP! Awoke to howler monkeys in the trees, macaws, toucans, monkeys on the deck! Short drive to the beach, where sloths roamed the trees! Quepos was a short drive, wonderful town, everyone friendly and inviting. Highly recommend this property for your next family reunion or friends gathering! Can't say enough good things.
