V177 is perfectly located one block from Los Muertos Beach and only steps away from the nightlife, great restaurants, fabulous attractions, weekly farmer's markets and more.

V177 has an exceptional rooftop terrace, beautifully decorated rock garden with plenty of plants, flowers and trees, and a spectacular view to the bay and mountains. It invites you to take a dip in the spacious heated infinity pool. The rooftop also includes a gym, a kitchen area with BBQ grill, and a beautiful lounging area, where you can enjoy the sun, or sit in the shaded areas with your family and friends while enjoying an evening cocktail and watch the world's famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets. This rooftop is amazing.

Living Room, Kitchen and Dining
From the moment you walk in the condo, you are drawn through to the view from the open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms. You can enjoy the outdoor balcony for coffee or cocktails. The kitchen with granite counter-tops and parota wood cabinets has a stainless steel refrigerator with water and ice cube dispenser (filtered water system), gas cook-top stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave, coffee machine, blender and also includes all that you would need to prepare your meals.

The dining room has colorful chairs and a table that can accommodate to 4 people. Adjacent is the living room where you will find a comfortable sofa that has a pull out bed, two chairs, coffee table, and 60 inch flat screen television with cable, ceiling fan, air condition and patio doors that takes you out to the terrace where you can enjoy the comfortable seating area and enjoy the view of the Bay of Banderas the world famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets and view of the city.

Front Balcony
This condo has a front corner balcony that faces North West directly to the ocean. Enjoy sunsets and ocean breezes. The patio doors open completely giving an indoor/outdoor experience. This space is so perfect that on that day you want to stay home, you will not feel like you have missed a thing.

Bedroom
The bedroom has a King size bed, 60 inch flat screen television, air conditioning, safe, closet space, dresser, a private bathroom and a patio door that brings you to an additional terrace with chairs and a table for your morning coffee and enjoy the view of the Sierra Madre Mountains and the City of Vallarta.

Laundry
In-suite laundry with stackable washer and dryer is a big plus for this condo.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. 
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone  (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.

Wonderful location, wonderful apartment in a wonderful building.

we really enjoyed our stay. This apartment was well equipped and was spacious and beautiful. It has great views from two different balconies. The common spaces are great. Everything is very well maintained.
