The Bodden and a horse paddock are within sight, and Zingst Beach is just 5 kilometers away. This modern, well-equipped semi-detached home, built in 2023, is located right next to the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. The heart of the home is a very spacious living area with a dining area and reading nook, complete with satellite TV and a fully equipped built-in kitchen. From here, you can step directly onto the patio, which features patio furniture and a parasol. Three of the four bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. A travel crib and a high chair are available for the youngest guests. The two bathrooms feature radiant floor heating and walk-in showers. The upper bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub. Two bedrooms on the first floor have access to the large balcony with a table and chairs. Additional amenities: free Wi-Fi (is being set up and is partially available inside the house) and parking spaces at the house. A lockable bike shed is available for your bicycles. The semi-detached house in Bresewitz is a great starting point for walks and bike rides—on the well-maintained bike paths, you’ll be at Zingst Beach in no time.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are welcome upon request.

Please bring your own towels and bed linens, or rent them from the Zingst Room Exchange for a fee.
