Please be advised that due to legal regulations we are required to register you with the foreign police and collect city tax upon your arrival.

The city tax is CZK 50 per person per day. Children under 18 and people from Prague do not pay this fee.

If you need a crib, please let us know in advance. The cost is 10€ EUR or 250 CZK per day.

We can accommodate your pets for an additional fee of 10€ EUR or 250 CZK per day.



The Space:

The apartments are located in a quiet yet convenient area of Prague, which offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy culture and leisure. There are several notable attractions nearby worth visiting:



Petřín Gardens – a beautiful place for relaxation and picnics, with magnificent views of the city and the Petřín Tower. The park also features cozy cafes and playgrounds.



Bertramka Museum – an elegant villa with a museum dedicated to Mozart, who loved to stay here.



Smíchov – a vibrant district with colorful office and factory buildings converted into art studios. The graffiti-adorned international center for contemporary art, MeetFactory, hosts exhibitions, performances, and concerts, while the jazz club Jazz Dock, located by the river with panoramic windows, features concerts by famous musicians. Food festivals are often held in the park on Smíchov Embankment.



The Neighborhood:

The Old Town in Prague is worth a visit for a tourist who decides to get acquainted with the history of the capital and admire the architecture of the Middle Ages, which has survived to this day. The old street layout, gabled buildings and medieval temples, souvenir shops and many pubs where they prepare beer according to their own recipes - all this attracts visitors to Prague.
