Rental rules
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. Minimum stay: 3 nights, arrival-departure days are flexible.

Security deposit: Credit card details will be required upon arrival as guarantee in case of damages to the property.
Daily cleaning and change of towels included in the rental price. Change of linens every 3 days. Extra cleaning (if requested) € 20 per hour.
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.

Extra cost: Parking space € 30/40 per day (to be booked in advance).
