The most convenient public transportation option is the bus. The bus lines connect the street to various parts of the city, including residential areas and other tourist attractions. Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property whenever requested for the purpose of conducting inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
In case you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon consultation.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package costs set at €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess cost will be paid by the guest.
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to ask (please consult us for the price).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (please consult us for prices).
