Find us at our Design Bright House, an elegant and newly renovated residence located on a street that pays tribute to one of the most famous Portuguese navigators, Fernão de Magalhães. You will enjoy a spacious and comfortable home designed with the highest standards of quality and functionality. Well-located, it is the ideal place for family vacations, friends, and business professionals.



The Space:

The residence features 4 bedrooms. On the first floor, you will find a comfortable en-suite bedroom, a beautiful office with a work desk, and a guest bathroom. On the second floor, there are 2 cozy bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a balcony; a second en-suite bedroom with a spacious balcony offering views of the surrounding area, and an additional bathroom equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.



In the living area, you will find a spacious living room with a dining table and a large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a storage area. We recommend picking your favorite book and enjoying it in the residence’s cozy reading space.



For your convenience, our apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a towel heater, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a Smart TV with channels, and Wi-Fi.

The Neighborhood:

Located on Avenida Fernão de Magalhães, you will find everything you need for your daily life near the residence: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, cafés, a pastry shop, and a beauty salon. The Manuel Alves Restaurant, just a few meters from the house, is a great option for a traditional Portuguese meal.



For transportation, the best public option is the bus. Avenida Fernão de Magalhães is one of the main avenues connecting Porto's city center to the major access roads and highways of northern Portugal. The Campo 24 de Agosto Bus Terminal is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The Barros Lima bus stop is just 70 meters from the residence, with bus lines 305, 401, and 800 passing in front of the apartment towards downtown Porto.



Public parking is available 10 minutes away on foot (paid parking) at Campo 24 de Agosto.

Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.



If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, a fee will be applied (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be subject to consultation.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €270 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package. Any amount exceeding this limit will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow access to the property for inspections whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected.
