The Space:
The apartment features a bedroom with a king-size bed, ideal for couples. The cosily designed living room has a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV for your leisure time. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, and the en-suite bathroom ensures your comfort. You can also enjoy the view of Praça da República. For added convenience, the apartment has a lift (from the first floor), air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the private bedroom with a king-size bed, the fully equipped kitchen and the en-suite bathroom. You can also relax on the balcony.

Located in the vibrant Praça da República, this apartment places you right in the heart of Porto. Just a short walk away, discover the bustling atmosphere of the Galerias de Paris, the elegance of Praça Carlos Alberto and the iconic Rua de Santa Catarina, with its shops and cafés. The local cuisine awaits you, with the famous Francesinha just a short walk away. To explore the city, Trindade metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, connecting you to every corner of Porto. The surrounding area offers convenience with supermarkets, cafés and restaurants right on your doorstep.
Getting Around:
We offer a transfer service on request (price on enquiry) to make your arrival and departure easier. Furthermore, the apartment enjoys an excellent location with easy access to an extensive public transport network, allowing you to explore the city comfortably and efficiently.
Other Things to Note:
Important note: There are ongoing works near the apartment annex, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests. Therefore, we follow a transparency policy to ensure that our guests' expectations are properly managed. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.
If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – fee upon consultation.
If you are planning to bring your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest.
The tenant is required to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits for this purpose are expected.
We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! You only need to request it (price upon consultation).
