This delightful 150 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the first floor and does not have lift access, so it is inappropriate for people with reduced mobility. Please note that the property is located on the main street, so it will likely have some noise.

Once you enter the flat, you must climb stairs to access the property's first floor. You will come across an open living and kitchen space on the right side. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It also includes a dining table, washing machine and a dishwasher.

On the left side of the entrance are two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and a complete bathroom, both fitted with all the amenities to sleep and freshen up and multiple storage spaces; the second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed as well.

In front of the entrance is another complete bathroom and the stairs to reach the second floor. Guests will find the third bedroom, which includes a queen bed, a comfortable couch, a desk, and plenty of places to store belongings and relax.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Parque da Cidade has places that provide memorable experiences in the city, such as Pavilhão da Água, which was designed to create the illusion that it is hanging in the air; Sea Life Center, where children and adults can learn more about marine life; Queimódromo, which holds Feira Popular do Porto (the city's carnival) and Queima das Fitas (the university students' celebration in Porto); it is also where the city marathon begins and ends and it also supports the car race Circuito Urbano da Boavista.

If you wish to leave the area, you will be 10 minutes away by car from Matosinhos and its beautiful beaches and seafood, or you can choose the other side and head to Porto for a good stroll down the city and the lovely urban atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Pedro Hispano, is just a 15-minute walk - 1km.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
