This charming 50 m² one-bedroom apartment in Porto is the ideal retreat for couples seeking both comfort and convenience during their stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also offers a dishwasher to make cleaning up easy, along with a washing machine and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. A dedicated desk provides a quiet, practical workspace for guests who need to work or study during their stay.

The bathroom includes all the essentials, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The surrounding neighbourhood blends convenience with local charm. Within a 5–10 minute walk, you’ll find supermarkets, as well as a variety of cafés, bakeries, and traditional restaurants. For an authentic Porto food experience, iconic spots like Café Santiago and Casa Guedes are just a short stroll away.

Cultural and leisure options are also nearby. Guests can explore the Museu Militar do Porto, relax in the Jardim de São Lázaro, or catch a show at the Coliseu do Porto or Teatro Nacional São João.

Healthcare services and pharmacies are available close by, and green spaces like Parque de Nova Sintra offer a peaceful retreat from the city buzz.

Located just a short walk from Trindade metro station, the property address offers easy access to Porto’s main attractions and transport links. With frequent metro and bus connections, guests can quickly reach key areas like São Bento and Vila Nova de Gaia.

There is no private parking at this property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
