Welcome to our beautiful Victorian townhouse with stunning sea views and stylish decor. We hope you enjoy your stay!
We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
With four large double bedrooms (1 en-suite), our house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. On the same floor you'll find a utility area with a washer, dryer and an extra small fridge. Also a spacious living and dining area
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. On the first floor, you'll find a drawing room perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The house also has a courtyard garden and parking. Perfect place to relax after exploring Weymouth & Portland.

The space:

The house has a distinct personality (as our home) and is filled with quirky art, books and pieces that we've collected from travels over the years.

Guest access:

Guests will have full access to all of the house.

Bedrooms:

This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a king size bed bed.
The third bedroom contains another king size bed and an en-suite
The fourth bedroom (attic) contains a king size sofa bed.

Bathrooms & Toilets
There are 4 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet, sink and a bath
The second bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower ( en-suite)
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink.
The forth bathroom has a toilet and sink.

Other things to note:

Please note the property is our home for most of the year so there will be personal items stored away out of sight in some areas. The 4th bedroom is an attic room accessed by slightly steep stairs. It is private and quiet although there is no door.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 12 (noon)
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Small Pets are allowed at the property ( Please consult us first)
