THE SPACE
Perched at the top of a hill overlooking the ocean and farmlands, the space is a peaceful sanctuary perfect for recharge and reconnect.
The interior is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience, strategically incorporating the view into the calm, uncluttered space.
The cottage has an open-plan living and kitchen area. A reading nook provides comfortable seating for a morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful sunrise. Large glass doors open onto the large deck, bringing the outdoors in.
A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a Nutribullet blender and quality appliances will ensure easy preparation of meals.
Both bedrooms are spacious and neutrally decorated with high-quality linen. The single and main bedroom are interconnected, with both sharing the ensuite bathroom. Plush robes, Bathe Marine amenities and a spacious walk-in shower add a touch of luxury.
The large deck with outdoor furniture offers a perfect vantage point to take in the spectacular view - an ever-changing skyline. Enjoy long, lazy lunches at the 4-seater table for hours on end.

There are two cottages on the premises - rest assured that your privacy will be respected.
The side wing of the building is closed off for private use but not occupied.
As Seascape is surrounded by sheep and cattle farms, you might hear some farming activities.
Being surrounded by trees and native plants, you might come across bugs, Insect screens in the lounge and kitchen keep the bugs out.
Wi-Fi Connection is supplied via satellite, it can be affected by the weather.
Mobile coverage can be patchy and certain providers have stronger reception.
Water is harvested from rain - this is the only water source. Please use with care.

The kitchen is very well-built with a great selection of equipment. The view is absolutely incredible, and the house itself is tastefully and sympathetically decorated and fitted out. We hid for the world for a couple of nights and if you are looking for an interesting, out of the way location, with a stunning seaview, this should be at the top of your list."
