Inside, the living area provides plenty of room to unwind, while the pellet-burning stove adds warmth and comfort on cooler days. The home features an open-concept layout, allowing for a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Large windows bring in natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and surrounding property, offering a peaceful retreat among towering pine trees. The spacious deck provides a perfect spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air, whether sipping morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Inside, the home is designed for year-round comfort with central, forced air heating, and a cozy fireplace. Parking is available in the driveway, ensuring easy access to this serene getaway.

We are based in Sacramento, and our dedicated cleaning crew resides in Pollock Pines. You can reach out to us through Airbnb messaging, which we monitor 24/7. Alternatively, feel free to give us a call or text. In the rare event of an emergency, we have both cleaning and maintenance teams on standby to assist you promptly.
Trash Removal: Please place trash cans on the curb Thursday evening for Friday morning pickup and return them to the right side of the home by Wednesday afternoon.

Parties/Noise: To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, parties are not allowed. We kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm.

Number of Guests: There will be a $25 fee for each guest over seven (7), unless previously discussed with us—even if the person does not stay overnight. This is to help prevent unauthorized gatherings.

Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. A fee of $100 per hour will apply for late checkouts. Please let us know your planned check-out time so we can inform our housekeeping team. Before leaving, kindly load any used dishes into the dishwasher and take out the trash. We appreciate your help in keeping cleaning costs down and ask that the home be left in the same condition as when you arrived.

Restrooms: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Wet wipes, even those labeled "flushable," must not be flushed as they can clog the sewer system.

Food Disposal: Please do not dispose of food in the garbage disposal.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of cigarettes, cannabis, or any other substance inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $300 fee will apply for any violation.

Candles: Candles are not permitted in the home due to fire hazards.

Damage: We understand that accidents happen. Please inform us immediately if something breaks so we can repair or replace it. A stain remover is located under the kitchen sink for use on carpets and bedding.

Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet (maximum of two). Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. All pets must be fully potty-trained and kept off the furniture, including beds. Please keep bedroom doors closed if not in use. Pets must not track mud or dirt into the home—wipe their feet before entry. Pets may not be left alone in the home. A $100 fee will apply if any pet waste is found on the property after your departure. We are not responsible for any incidents involving your pet.

Lost Items: Please double-check before leaving, as we are unable to package and ship forgotten items.

Cameras: For security purposes, a Ring Video Doorbell camera is installed at the entrance.

Utilities & Electronics:

Please turn off lights and AC/heating when leaving the home.

Do not unplug any electronics. This includes lamps, routers, modems, and any devices operating the door lock or doorbell. Unplugging these may cause connectivity issues and could lock you out of the home.
