Other Things to Note:

HOA fees applicable for the following:

Rental Fees- $35

Missing Wristbands Penalty - $25.00 per piece

Fishing- $10 fish restocking fee per angler (PA Fishing License Required)



PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 3 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $35.00. Please send an inquiry for more details.



HOA RENTAL FEES: $35



Only dogs are allowed with a pet fee. Please ask beforehand.



*Reservations made outside of Airbnb need to be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. If not, the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Please ensure timely payment to secure your booking.*
