Welcoming and modern 80 m² house with garden views in Piriac-sur-Mer which has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, and the second which has two trundle beds). In the lounge, the sofa unfolds to offer you an additional bed. The house can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. You will find a bathroom. It has a garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture, an outdoor shower and a barbecue, outdoor parking in the same building, a television and an iron. The American-style kitchen with induction hobs is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press.

At the bow of a prettily jagged coastline, Piriac-sur-Mer has all the hallmarks of a Breton seaside village, even though it is (still) located in Loire-Atlantique, 1 hour 30 minutes from Nantes! You only need to stroll through the narrow streets, admire the beautiful granite houses, watch the fishermen return to the port or stop at a friendly crêperie to see for yourself. Elected a small town of character, Piriac displays its charms in its architectural heritage as well as on its small beaches nestled at the foot of walls and rocks.
