Welcome to The Tempe Tango, a lovely 3 bed, 2 bath home that invites you to come to relax and swim under the Arizona sun!

The house is perfectly located in the heart of Tempe, offering close access to Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix, golf courses, and Spring Training facilities -- not to mention, just over a mile from ASU and super close to the incredible nightlife of Tempe’s Mill Ave!

The Space:
Catch the latest sports updates on the 65” tv while relaxing on the extra deep, extra cozy Joybird bird sofa wrapped in a beautiful crushed velvet blush fabric.

The large pool and spa out back offer relief from the heat, and are so enjoyable in the evenings when it cools off! Outdoor dishware is provided for a backyard BBQ on the gas grill.

This home features two king-size bedrooms, a queen room, a full bath with tub, a stand-up shower in the 2nd bathroom, a cozy and fun living room, and a fully equipped and spacious kitchen.

The house is an ever-evolving creative project for the home owner so new paint and decorative additions are constantly being added.

The house is stocked with board games (Twister, Monopoly, etc...), and the backyard has a grass patch for any other games.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the property and common areas.

The neighborhood is very safe and fantastic, with cute houses to look at on evening walks and a park with softball fields, basketball courts, playgrounds, horseshoes, volleyball nets, picnic tables, and more very close by.

Please park your vehicles in the driveway - street parking is by permit only.

Walking distance to Starbucks, a grocery store, and other conveniences. Less than 2 miles to Sun Devils Football Stadium and Mill Ave nightlight.

The landscaping crew comes twice a month in the early mornings, and the pool cleaner comes once a week, between Tuesday-Thursday in the early morning as well. Nobody enters the house, they tend to the outdoor spaces and then leave.

The Neighborhood:
Family friendly neighborhood with coffee, grocery store, hardware store, quick food - anything you could need in walking distance, just across the main intersection.

There's a large park with ball fields, horseshoes, open spaces, picnics and grills. The streets are lined with cute family homes, very nice for evening walks.

Getting Around:
Please park in the driveway, the street requires a permit during set hours. Please check the sign out front.

Easy access to public transportation, or easily accessible for ubers/lyfts.

The place is all yours! I'm often just a couple miles away so readily available to help, and always accessible for any questions through the app.
