The Space:
Cozy, comfortable home, PERFECT for remote workers! 2 of the bedrooms have desks with monitors and comfortable work chairs. The home features a walk in shower in the master, guest bathroom, backyard with patio, and 2 guest rooms, each with a desk for remote work, and one with a Peloton(Please bring your own shoes!) TwoTV’s - 65in & 55in, washer and dryer, dishwasher, keurig, gas stove, traeger grill, string patio lights in backyard, and many other personal touches.

Central location makes this home perfect for a Spring Training trip or vacation to Scottsdale where all the fun is happening! This home is minutes away from Oldtown, Spring Training, and plenty of things to do!

Getting Around: South Scottsdale neighborhood with easy freeway access, a 5-minute drive to the grocery store, 5-10 minute drive to Fashion Square, 5-10 minute drive to Oldtown Scottsdale and Sky Harbor Intl Airport, a 15-minute drive to downtown Phoenix, and a 15 minute drive to Talking Stick. Street parking is available. There is also a driveway for 3 vehicles.

Access: Home is equipped with a smart lock. Code details will be generated specifically for your stay to maximize safety and security. Details provided upon booking.

TV: There are 2 TV's - one in the living room, and 1 in Master bedroom. While no cable service is provided, the home comes with smart TV's to easily access your favorite streaming services.

Towels: Plenty of towels will be provided for your stay. These include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, dish rags, and more. Lack of towels will not be an issue.

Kitchen Items: Oven, Stovetop, Full-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, standard coffee maker, keurig, nutribullet, and a toaster. Well-equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.

Guest Access:
Fully accessible entire home. Carport, driveway, and plenty street parking if needed. 3 cars can fit in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to Bashas, Walgreens, tons of restaurants, golf course, gyms, and more. Nestled in a nice neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Can easily walk/bike/scooter/uber to anywhere in the oldtown Scottsdale area. I also have a rental car available if needed per request. :)

Spacious 1600 sqft single family home - 3bd 2ba. 2 desks in the guest rooms for remote work. Big backyard with grass and pet friendly!
