Sublime New flat 2 Bdr Center of Paris Le Marais

Magnificent 2-bedroom flat, fully air-conditioned and refurbished (completed on 31/07/23), located in the centre of Paris in the 4th arrondissement, just a few steps from the Rue de Rivoli, renowned for its many lively shops and restaurants. You're surrounded by trendy cafés and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk from the Marais, the Beaubourg Centre and the banks of the Seine. Bright, warm, tastefully decorated by professionals and fully equipped, my flat is ideal for a successful stay in Paris with family or friends.

75m2 air-conditioned flat on the 4th floor without lift

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner.

Very good location to many of the major sites. Large spacious living room and kitchen area. Beautiful modern decor. Bedrooms did the job. Busy street below but apartment was quite soundproof. AC was great. Only suggestions would be for some rails or hooks to hang bathroom towels, and shower heads need to be descaled.

Fabulous Flat

Flat was perfect for our stay in Paris. Great location in a vibrant neighborhood. It’s a lovely flat with large living space where we enjoyed lots of French wine and cheese. The hosts are terrific and super responsive. They even arranged for our transfer to the airport.

Spacious living area, needs maintenance

The location was in a very busy, lively area full of international fast foods, cafes, grocery, pharmacy, and bars. Close to modern art museum Pompidou and BHV Department store, Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle. A lot of night noise from neighborhood. Unfortunately, a man sleeping in a sleeping bag near entrance door each day. Four quite long, winding flights of stairs to enter once in the building and no elevator. Unit had 2 beds, one shower/sink only on suite. One full bath down a hall and a second toilet room. There were no hooks for coats, clothes or towels anywhere. The mattress had no mattress pad, just a sheet and duvet. The shower valve was leaking a slow drip. The main room (LR and kitchen) was spacious and pretty with large windows and a nice sectional and large table with chairs. This was comfortable and reasonably clean. TV worked. We would choose a different location next time. Overall ok if you with hauling your bags up the stairs and are ok with the noise.

Charming apartment on 5th floor with no elevator

The property is conveniently located and features several nice upgrades. However, we did notice a few areas that could use improvement. The showers showed signs of mildew and calcium buildup, and the linens were not as clean as expected, with some staining, including a pillow with a small blood stain. Additionally, the lack of a dishwasher was a minor inconvenience. That said, the owners/managers were highly responsive and immediately offered to send someone to address the cleaning issues, though we were unable to coordinate a suitable time.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We enjoyed this location. Would stay there again!! This was a beautiful flat located on the 4th floor. A little difficult to get our bags up the steps but it was worth the climb. The beds and furniture were comfy and plenty of storage in both bedrooms for clothes. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Perfect Apartment in Paris

This was the perfect apartment in Paris! Wonderfully updated interior and great location! My family of 4, including 2 kids (9 and 11) loved it. The location was great - close to shopping, restaurants, transportation, as well as walkable to so many sights. We would love to return and highly recommend!

Paris stay

We stayed at this property and enjoyed the time and the location. It is well located in Paris to many of the places you will want to see. The property is as advertised. Only distractions are the 4 story walk up and it is in a busy area for restaurants and cafes so noice on the weekend is likely but it is worth. Great stay and perfect location

My Paris Vacation

My stay in Paris was great. This was the first time I used Vrbo, and prior to going to Paris I was a little anxious, I didn't know what to expect. But the staff at Prestige Studio was so welcoming and accommodating from the first day that I arrived helped make the trip a total success. The apartment looked just like the photos on the website, the apartment was clean and spacious and looked fabulous. The area was great and right where I wanted to be. Other than a little rain, the trip was perfect. And I will definitely use Vrbo again!!

Awesome place!

We loved staying at this property. It’s right in the heart of downtown Paris, close to a main metro stop and getting around the city was easy. The unit has been fully renovated and is very nice and comfortable. We were a party of two couples, and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and a shared living space to hang out.

New apartment, great location!

Great location, great apartment, and great owners! We had a fantastic stay! Close proximity to restaurants, bars, market, and coffee shop. Walkable to so many places and Metro only a few blocks away. A couple items to note - there are 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom, but it only has a shower and sink. There is a toilet closet down the hall. The other bedroom is off the living room and the full bathroom is down the hall next to the toilet closet. The living room has a modular sleeper sofa. There is no lift and the apartment is on the 4th floor so just know you'll have to carry luggage upstairs. The living room has 4 windows that open up to the street below, but when closed they do a good job of keeping noise out. This was a great apartment. The owners do a great job of communicating, they are easily accessible, and they explain everything really well on their app. We had a great experience!

Fabulous stay

The apartment was beautiful. Two couples stayed here. We cooked dinner 2 nights and ate out the rest. The kitchen is very functional. We washed clothes in the washing machine. There is a great grocery store right next door in case you need butter or a bottle of wine. The location is perfect. Very close to the metro and a lot of great restaurants and shops. We would stay again.
