◢ The Design ◣
The original beams can be seen in the entryway, the original stone wall in the living room provides authentic charm and the solid wood floors upcycled from Parisian chateaux give the space a unique blend of the old and new worlds.

Located on the 1st floor (2nd floor US), the space has expansive 4m high ceilings and 4 large street-facing windows which flood the living spaces with natural light. The living, dining and open kitchen all face the street with the 2 bedrooms facing the internal courtyard. There are 2 full designer bathrooms which include 2 showers, 1 tub for 2 people and a full size washer and dryer.

◢ The Kitchen ◣
The open kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring high-end Miele appliances, elegant French stone countertops, and solid walnut cabinets. It's fully equipped with an oven, steam oven, dishwasher, espresso machine with an integrated grinder, induction cooktop, and an American-size refrigerator and freezer with an ice machine—everything needed for culinary excellence. For added convenience, coffee and tea are readily available.

◢ The Living Room ◣
The spacious living room boasts an 85" HDTV with access to Prime, Netflix, MyCanal Cinema package, Paramount+, AppleTV+, OCS, Disney+, and numerous HBO shows—ideal for family movie nights, complete with a popcorn maker.

The living room is also equipped with a high-quality double-size bed integrated into the wall, this is not your typical sofa bed, which can be pulled down for 2 additional guests. This room also has a large sliding door to provide privacy from the main dining/ kitchen space.

◢ The Guest Bathroom ◣
The bathroom is designed for luxury and convenience, featuring a spacious walk-in shower, towel heaters, and a sizable two-person tub. It also includes double sinks, a large Miele washer and dryer, and is illuminated by a luminous ceiling, creating a bright and welcoming space.

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and generous integrated storage, offering views of a planted internal courtyard. Continue watching your favorite movies and shows from the comfort of your bed with the 65” HDTV provided.

◢ En-Suite Bathroom ◣
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower bathed in natural light, complemented by towel heaters for added comfort.

◢ The Kid’s Bedroom ◣
The kid's room is designed for fun and rest, equipped with room-darkening shades, ample storage, and a selection of toys and games. It features a single size bed and an additional small bed suitable for a child up to 6 years old, ensuring comfort and enjoyment for your little ones.

All rooms have voice-activated assistant speakers for news, music, translations or info at your fingertips. High-speed fiber internet of up to 1100Mbps is available throughout the apartment to facilitate working, downloading or browsing to your heart's content.
