The apartment is just 1 minute away from Place des Vosges, one of the most beautiful squares in Paris, and is surrounded by various restaurants and shops.

The living/dining room is elegantly furnished, very well-kept and generously lit with a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table, perfect for sharing moments together or working alone. There's a fan available for maximum comfort.

The open-plan kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware and crockery to fulfil any of your culinary requirements.

The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

This district is located on the Right Bank of the Seine River and is one of the city's oldest and most historic neighbourhoods. The Marais is a must-see for any art lover visiting Paris, home to the fashionable Centre Pompidou, the lovely Place des Vosges, and the iconic Picasso Museum. In addition to its world-renowned museums, the Marais is also home to some of the city's most beautiful churches, including Saint-Eustache and Saint-Jacques Tower, as well as a lively square, the Square of Saint-Jacques. Visitors can also stroll through the charming streets and narrow alleys of the district, where they can find several delightful boutiques and cafes.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Chemin Vert metro station: 3 minutes walk.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
