The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this bright and completely renovated apartment, designed to accommodate up to five travelers. It has two bedrooms with a queen-size bed, as well as a convertible sofa and a double bed. Ideally located, it is the perfect place to relax after a day in Paris.
The apartment includes:
• 1st bedroom: a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed, both with new and very comfortable bedding, ceiling fan, Smart TV & built-in storage.
• 2nd bedroom: a double bed with new and very comfortable bedding, ceiling fan, Smart TV & built-in storage.
• A bathroom: it includes a shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels & rugs are provided for the duration of your stay.
• An open kitchen & dining area: it is fully equipped with microwave, hotplates, kettle, oven, Nespresso machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.
• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.
The apartment also includes convenient laundry facilities — washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board — for a light and carefree stay.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
