Comfortable and Quiet 1 BR Closed to the Eiffel Tower

This is one of most elegant areas of Paris (trocadero ) . The trocadero square where you have a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower is a 5 minutes walk . you are 10 minutes to the Champs Elysees . The rest of Paris is easily reachable with 3 metro stations at walking distance ( etoile line 1, 2 and 6 boissiere line 6 and iena line 9)

The apartment is located at the second level without elevator of a xix century building . The building is very secure.

The apartment consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa, a bathroom with a large shower, a closet with a combo washer and drier, a separate toilet and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. each room has a door and its own independent entrance.

The apartment is quiet and has a courtyard view.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The area is very safe. There is a large range of cafes and restaurants. There is one supermarket in the immediate neighborhood. The popular marche de l'Alma , one of the best open air markets of Paris, open on wednesdays and saturdays is 2 blocks away .

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

this beautiful, quaint, conveniently located apartment was perfect first day. He equipped with everything we needed, and a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower as we walked out our front door. Amazing restaurants within seconds of exiting the door.

Great resturants and grocery nearby. Close to monuments and Eiffel Tower. Shopping on Champs-Elysees is nearby. Oliver, the host, was very helpful and polite. The property was perfect for my wife and I.

Great apartment with almost everything you’d want. Olivier showed us around, and was sure to see if we had any questions or wanted recommendations. Chez Emile on the corner was a great bistro with a view of the Eiffel Tower in the evening. Close to Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Tracadore and the Metro.

Great location

Easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants (one next door and one across the street), shopping and transit. Comfortable king sized bed and modern shower. Only issue was mosquitos. Couldn't leave the windows open.

Girls spring break in Paris

Absolutely loved the location. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was just right, smart design elements made it cozy, with space to put all our belongings so we didn’t feel cramped in the petit home.

Great time in the City of Lights

My wife and I just came back from spending 9 nts (Feb 26 - Mar 7 2025) in Olivier's apartment. He was a very gracious and accommodating host who responded quickly to our explaining how everything worked within the apartment (appliances). Location was great, within walking distance from several grocery stores, restaurants and metro/train stations. Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe were also short walks from unit. Besides the walk upstairs with luggage to the unit everting else was perfect. Owner provides with basics linens, toiletries and laundry items. We really enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in our next visit to Paris. Thanks , Olivier!

Very nice location - close to metros, shopping areas and market. However, online listing is not 100% correct (the sofa in living room is not a sofabed and is different from what is shown in the listing photo). Guests have to bring their own shampoo and body wash.

Cute little place in a safe neighborhood between the Eiffel tower and the Arc

Olivier's place gave us quick and easy access to the main tourist attractions in Paris. It was a 10-15min walk to the Arc, 15-20min walk to the Eiffel tower, 2 min walk to the metro 6(goes right to the Catacombs), 2 min walk to a place with many app bike rentals, and maybe a 45-60min walk to the Louvre. There were lots of Cafe's to eat at, and grocery stores and pharmacies were all within a 10min walk The apartment had a secure access, was on the second floor. The two flights of stairs were no problem. The key fab, and key always worked. Coming from a North American perspective, the apartment was a bit small, but I think it was a bigger size than most we looked at. Keeping in mind that this is historic downtown Paris, so it is a good size! It was fully equip with anything you would need, bedding, towels, kitchen ware, laundry needs, ect. We didn't feel like we were in need of anything else, it was a very clean apartment, no smells or fragrances(except for the towels that were done in a detergent). We didn't use the washing/drying machine, but it was very nice to have the option in house! The wifi worked without flaw. The lighting was good, the windows opened into a small courtyard. Once you step out the front door to the main street you can look left to see the Eiffel tower. We walked in this neighborhood at night and felt quite safe. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris! Owner was easy to contact. Thank you Olivier for a wonderful stay!

This apartment was in a great position. We could see the Eiffel Tower from the front door and it took approximately a 15 minute stroll to the Tower. The on-off buses were readily available and a great way to see the City. The owners were friendly and readily available to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

Great stay on 3td floor

Great stay. Be aware it is on the 3rd floor walk up if carring much luggage which thankfully we were not. Great location with a couple of cafes right outside and easy walk to tourists attractions.

Comfortable, but…

Communication before check-in was frequent and helpful. Familiarization to the apartment was brief. On the plus side: it was quiet, cool and comfortable. Bathroom and w/c are up-to-date. Plenty of hot water. Washer/dryer worked well. Bed comfortable. On the negative side: kitchen is marginally usable. Soap dispenser in dishwasher is broken so it isn’t usable. Lights above stovetop do not come on. Nespresso machine is missing capsule basket and needs décalcification treatment. Faucet aerator was missing (we replaced it). Shower head was loose and sprayed water (I tightened it). Apartment is nonsmoking but downstairs neighbor smokes heavily in early evening and bothersome smells come into the windows. Overall: it is a comfortable place to stay as long as you don’t need to cook.
