Freshly refurbished apartment in Paralimni, Cyprus

This plush 2-bedroom flat located just outside of Protaras is the perfect taste of Cyprus and a great spot for a relaxing getaway in the sun! We’re kitted out with all your holiday essentials for some relaxing time off along the east coast of the island. The flat was recently refurbished and fitted with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The living room is spacious and includes a TV, 2 sofa beds, and an armchair with coffee tables surrounding it. There’s plenty of cupboard space with drawers and wardrobe hangers to store your belongings, so no need to live out of your suitcases! There is also a parking space directly underneath the flat.

There is a 2x single room and double room layout, as well as fold-out sofa beds for extra sleeping space. The bedrooms sleep 4 guests and the living room sofa beds offer space for a further 4 guests. The open-plan kitchen has all cooking and cleaning amenities including a microwave, oven, electric hob, and a washing machine with a foldable drying rack. This flat also includes a spacious balcony for soaking up some midday sun or having some late nights chats over a drink. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, and our units are regularly maintained. All kitchen and home appliances are included (washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, and steam iron). The flat is also equipped with fresh towels and sheets which are available for a serviced change mid-stay.

Our high-speed WiFi reaches all rooms. There is a secure safe to store high-value or important items. All windows and balcony doors have shutters to close out that mid-morning sun. There is also an electric standing fan for any rough sleepers who struggle in the heat. There is also a fire extinguisher and a highchair for any little ones. Airport transfers can also be arranged if required by our property manager who also offers a 24hr emergency on-call service.

The flat is a 10-minute walk away from Malama Bay Beach and a 20-minute drive away from some of Cyprus’s most beautiful beaches such as Konnos Beach, Nissi Beach, and the famous Fig Tree Bay! With a Supermarket on your doorstep (approx a 35-second walk) and a larger one further up the road, you’re also surrounded by wonderful Cypriot tavernas and fish restaurants, including pubs and bars to grab a drink, have a dance or catch the football. The local bus services run for 22 hours a day and there is also an abundance of local cab services, as well as a few local car and buggy rental places.

This is the perfect pad for families with children or couples and friends!! …and if you’re lucky, you might get a visit from the local cat (he is white and ginger and he likes ham 😉)!
