Sea Waves town home with Ocean view

Sea waves is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom town home right across the street from the beach. It has just been newly posted, all new furniture and spacious . Open concept kitchen and living room with 2 balconies to enjoy the sunset or to just relax with a glass of cold ice tea. It has 2 outside showers and a grill area in the back. Each room upstairs has a king size bed and a balcony. Downstairs there’s 2 twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Walking distance to Thomas doughnuts and the grocery store carrousel . So come on down pull up a chair and let the waves carry your worries away.

The townhome was very clean and beautifully decorated. Very homey. Emanuela was extremely pleasant and easy to work with and contact. We loved the balconies on the front and back of the town home, and the location was much quieter than our previous stays in Panama City. The walk to the beach was easy to do each day, and the beach was wonderful!! We loved the smaller number of people at the beach as well. We don't ever want to stay in a high rise again, after staying in your town home. The location was perfect as well, close to so many restaurants and stores. Your town home and Laguna beach are awesome and we hope to be back again soon! Thank you so much!!

Clean and convenient

We really enjoyed this beautiful townhouse! The outdoor shower was super convenient. The bedrooms were big and the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the fireworks all up and down the beach! We had the friendliest neighbor who was kind and welcoming. The owner was friendly and we didn’t have any issues at all!

The ocean view is a small slither from the top floor. There are NO pools available nearby but paid pools are about 3-5 miles away.

Amazing property and location

This was our first time staying at this property. The location was incredible, with only a 3 min walk to the beach. Since there are no high rises next to it, the beaches were not crowded at all. The condo was super clean, beds were very comfortable and the outdoor showers were a nice added touch! We will definitely be back!

Great location to the beach.

We had a lovely stay at the townhouse. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the comforts of home. I would suggest a chair or luggage stand be placed in each bedroom and some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors. Otherwise, I would book again.

Nothing short of amazing

This was one of the best rental properties I have stayed in. It was in a perfect location across the street from the beach and more on the family friendly side of Panama City. It had every essential needed. It was extremely clean and smelled phenomenal when you walked inside. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The property offered a very at home experience. I will definitely be returning to this property for the next beach vacation.

The place was perfect and absolutely beautiful! Stunning is an understatement. There was more than enough room for us. Everything was updated and clean. The grill was perfect, and with a short walk your right on the beach! We loved it!

Excellent Place to Stay!

This property is absolutely fantastic - from its location and close proximity to the beach to the cleanliness - inside and outside to the most responsive and friendliest owners. This property has it all! It was the perfect size for our family, had all the amenities we could ask for and/or need and the two outdoor showers and propane grill were the cherry on top of this property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was sanitized and meticulously cleaned for our stay. We definitely hope to be back and stay here again next summer!!

The house was very clean which is paramount to my family and I. Roughly 3 minutes walk to the beach which is a plus. Kitchen adequately stocked with the essentials ie. pots, cutlery, baking sheets etc. Communication was very easy and swift from the owner. A+

An amazing place to stay!!

The place was very clean and beautiful! The beach wasn't crowded so finding a spot was easy. There were no measuring cups in the kitchen so I bought some and left them. Bunk beds were a hit with the kids. The two restrooms were also nice. The beach was beautiful!! I worked definitely reccomend staying here. We did have some issues with the truck. My husband went swimming with his keys. But Emanuela was very sweet and let us stay inside till the truck was finished get fixed. I am super thankful for her kindness and compassion. She definitely went above and beyond.

Beach directly across the street!

The location of this rental is literally across the street from the beach. If I had to guess it took less than a 2 min walk there. The beach and ocean are breath taking. We came during spring break. We were nervous the beach was going to be overcrowded, but we were pleasantly surprised it was not. Now if you drive north to the pier, that’s where all the action and night life is. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very attentive to our needs. The kitchen has basic plates, cereal bowls, silverware, pots and pans. I may have over looked them, but I did not see mixing bowels Tupperware or cookie sheets. That may be something the owners would consider adding in the future. No condiments, coffee or spices are provided. You will want to make a run just up the street for those items. Toilet paper is provided along with garbage bags, dish soap and dishwasher soap. If you plan on doing laundry you will need to purchase soap. There are no beach chairs or towels. However we came across the chair rental company chairs2u. It was the best purchase we made all week. They setup our chairs and umbrellas each morning right up front, next to the ocean. Scott B. Was amazing! Super kind and accommodating. So convenient to not have to lug chairs and umbrellas back and forth. There is an ice cream shop/donut shop within walking distance. Ice cream was good, didn’t try the donuts. We had a wonderful time making memories with our girls.
