World class restaurants (PB Catch next door- Trevini, Henry's and Lola half block away) with the only Publix grocery/pharmacy store in Palm Beach Island, which is literally across the street, Palm Beach Day Spa (massage, manicure and facial etc.), barber shop, shoe repair and other shops are located in the building. The complex has a heated pool, 24 Hr Front-Desk, laundry room, the Breakers and Mar-A - Lago within 10 minutes driving distance.

This King Studio Suite condo has been renovated but please keep in mind the building has more of a circa 1925 feel as in a registered historical landmark with tons of charm and in the best location in all of Palm Beach with just 15 minutes from the WPB airport.

The Suite is equipped:

-Fresh towels – including beach towels. We supply two sets of fresh towels per stay. There is coin operated laundry room in the building for your convenience.

- Keurig coffee machine with a few of K-cups for starters

- Refrigerator, Toaster, Microwave, Utensils & Dishware/Silverware

- HD Cable Smart TV

- Wi-Fi in unit and throughout building

- AC - Dehumidifier that you control

- Iron and mini iron board

- Hair Dryer

All you need are your belongings!

Covid 19 requirements; all visitors/guests to our building will be required to comply with state mandated Covid protocols.

Important Note; Regarding Cleaning. For the safety of our guests and cleaners. Your unit will be made up with clean sheets and towels when you arrive and will have been properly cleaned following protocols for Covid-19. There is a laundry room in the building and Publix shopping market across the street, for supplies should you need it. If you want cleaning it may be able to be arranged but will be an additional charge and there will be safety procedures the cleaners will need to follow. Please ask for details.

***Important Note; if you are staying more than seven days there will be additional cleaning charges based on the stay and your needs.

The Hotel was built in 1925, and as with any glorious old building, new owners, like myself including new management are eagerly involved with the revitalization of this historic grand building.
