· Can Palomo is perfect for families and groups of friends who want to share and enjoy together in a quiet area surrounded by nature.



· The house is located in the town of Palafolls (province of Barcelona) and has been declared a building of architectural interest.



· The farmhouse is unique and has been recently renovated and equipped, with handmade wooden furniture that stands out.



· The property is located near the beaches of the Costa Brava (Blanes, Lloret, Tossa de Mar) and the beaches of the Barcelona Coast (Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna, Pineda, Calella).



· It has a large private swimming pool for exclusive use by guests. The 8m x 4m pool is saltwater (chlorine-free) and features an outdoor shower.



· The entire property and pool area are fenced for the safety of families with young children.



· There are two outdoor dining areas: an outdoor dining area near the stone barbecue and another near the swimming pool.



· The garden has a football pitch with a goal that children... and adults really like.



· The 250 m² house, situated on a 2,500 m² plot of land, is distributed as follows:



On the ground floor:



· Living room and dining room with wood-burning fireplace, television and free Wi-Fi.

· Kitchen with dining area and equipped with appliances (2 refrigerators, gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)

On the upper floor:



·Room 1: 1 double bed and 1 cot.

·Room 4: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed.

·Room 5: 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 cot.

·1 bathroom with shower.

·1 toilet.



· In total, there are 5 rooms with beds for 18 people and 2 cots (this is the maximum capacity of the house and no more people can be accommodated).



· The house has central heating with a boiler and gas radiators.



· There is no air conditioning. There are fans in the rooms.



· There is a free outdoor car park.



. Barbecue Use:

The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to the risk of fire.



· You can walk or cycle along the paths around the house and walk to the Palafolls castle, with a spectacular view of the region.



· It is necessary to have a car because the house is located in a rural area and there is no public transport.



· It is well communicated, just 5 minutes by car from the access road to the Costa Brava (GI-682).



· Just 45 minutes from the city of Barcelona via the motorway (C-32) and 30 minutes from Girona (N-II motorway).



· Just 20 minutes by car from the beaches of the towns of Blanes and Malgrat de Mar.



· 10 minutes by car, there are shops, factory outlets of major brands, restaurants and supermarkets in the town of Palafolls.



· The water park and Marineland dolphinarium in Palafolls are just 7 minutes by car.



· Barcelona-El Prat Airport is 85 km away and Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 30 km away.



Guests on the property:

· The house is rented completely for exclusive use by guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults, children, and babies.

· The house can only accommodate the number of people specified in the booking and no more people can be staying or visiting at the same time on the property.



Registration:

· The minimum age for booking and registration is 18 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) during registration. No other document will be accepted.



. The key handover takes place in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Late arrival and departure outside of hours:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Out-of-hours check-in option with small safe box in the office at no charge.



· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.



- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



· Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price of 1€ per night/person over 16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



. Deposit of 700 euros guarantee. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key handover.

In the event of cash payment, you must provide an IBAN number for reimbursement via bank transfer.



Cleaning:

. The house must be properly tidied, dishes clean, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise, €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.



IMPORTANT:

In properties where pets are accepted, owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit for additional cleaning.



Beach towels are not included.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price of £100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or in the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, in particular, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No party or celebration is permitted on the property.



· Pets are permitted, with an additional cost of £6/day/animal. Stays of more than 7 days will pay a maximum of £42/animal/booking.



· Smoking is prohibited in this dwelling.



It is forbidden to light candles or other objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.
