The Space:
No Stress @ Sea features a beautiful country interior complemented by modern furnishings and equipment to provide guests with a luxurious experience. The apartment is completely new with a high standard.

The open-plan living room is cozily decorated with warm tones. You will find an oval dining table, where you and your travel companion can enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. There is also a large sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people, allowing a total of 6 guests to stay overnight. Thanks to the large flat-screen TV present (netflix available), you can fully enjoy your favourite programs in the evening.

From the living room you have direct access to the balcony of No Stress @ Sea. This is equipped with garden furniture.

The open kitchen gives as well as a warm and spacious atmosphere with its dark cabinets and wood design. Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, hob and oven, you can whip up a hearty meal in your home away from home! While cooking, your travel party can enjoy a delicious drink at the bar chairs.

No Stress @ Sea features 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds facing each other. In addition, the apartment has a very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. A separate toilet is available.

Through the complete newly landscaped courtyard garden you get direct access to the dike! At the beach you can enjoy the atmospheric beach bars. With a cocktail in your hand, you will experience the ultimate vacation feeling.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
