The Space:

Sunlight pours through the palm‑lined streets of Davenport, and you can feel the excitement of Orlando’s world‑class attractions just beyond the horizon. Imagine stepping out of a spacious, themed retreat where a private heated pool glistens under the Florida sky and a game room beckons with foosball, ping‑pong and arcade fun. After a day of thrills, you’ll unwind in one of three comfortable family rooms, each with a flat‑screen TV ready for movie nights.

Five full bathrooms serve the six bedrooms, with three of them conveniently attached to the upstairs rooms for privacy and ease.



Living areas

Three family rooms provide ample seating and flat‑screen TVs, perfect for gathering after a day at the parks. The game room adds a pool table, ping‑pong table, arcade games and more, keeping guests of all ages entertained.



Kitchen & dining

A large, fully stocked kitchen offers all the essentials you need to prepare a hearty breakfast or a quick snack before heading out. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces let you enjoy meals al fresco beside the pool or at the covered patio.



Outdoor living

Step into your private backyard oasis where a heated pool invites you to swim or lounge under the sun. A grill and comfortable seating area create the ideal setting for casual meals or evening relaxation.



Resort amenities

Located within Solterra Resort, you enjoy exclusive access to a community water park with a slide, lazy river, cabanas and poolside café. Additional facilities include a fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreation area for extra fun.

You’re just 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios and 25 minutes from SeaWorld, placing the excitement of Orlando’s famous attractions within easy reach. A supermarket is only 5 minutes away, and Posner Park—home to an IMAX theater, shops and restaurants—is a 7‑minute drive. Davenport’s vibrant nightlife and diverse dining scene round out a perfect home base for your Florida adventure.



Guest Access:

You’ll enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay, along with use of the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please be aware that the HOA charges a mandatory amenities fee, separate from our hosting fees. This fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more, and it applies to every reservation, whether or not you use the amenities.



The home is located within a gated community with 24-hour security, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. The driveway can comfortably fit 2 vehicles, and likely up to 4 small to medium-sized cars if needed.

Situated in Davenport, this vacation home puts you close to Orlando’s most popular theme parks. If shopping is on your list, Disney Springs™ and Old Town are must-visits. For unforgettable experiences, explore Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®.



The area also offers a variety of activities beyond the parks, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, making it easy to fill your days with fun and adventure.



Getting Around:

Kissimmee Station only 22 min drive!

Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) within a 27 min drive!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team follows the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Check-Out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt schedules and may incur a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee is not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Please notify us immediately upon check-in if anything is missing so we can arrange restocking.
