This bright and airy home offers space and tranquillity with its own private pool and spa. The added bonus is that you have uninterrupted views over the conservation area at the back of the home. This is a home from home with all the amenities you could want/need. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The villa benefits from 2 sitting rooms, so is great when more than one family is sharing, or maybe one of the sitting rooms is for the kids own use. There is an area by the door as you enter the villa, and the second space is at the back of the villa with direct access to the pool and deck. Both spaces have plenty of comfortable seating. The open plan space gives access to all areas.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to have breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family. There are all the appliances and utensils that you could possibly need. The dining space is just off the kitchen with views over the pool, deck and conservation land. Additional seating is at the breakfast bar.

There is a half bathroom on the lower floor.

Outside you have your own private pool and spa area with lots of seating for relaxing. You can relax in and around the pool whilst enjoying the uninterrupted views of the conservation area. Plenty of seating and loungers are provided. A covered lanai offers a space away from the sun and a space for al fresco dining.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, all of which are on the upper floor as are 2 of the bathrooms.

All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and have TV's. All bed linen and towels are provided.

On-site facilities include a club house, community pools, tennis courts, volleyball court, walking trail, and children's water play area. 5 minutes away is a Publix supermarket, followed by a Wal-Mart superstore and further restaurants being just a couple of minutes away. There is a selection of good golf courses and national parks nearby. Disney Animal Kingdom is 10 miles (approx 15 minutes) dependent on traffic.
