The open-concept design connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, ensuring everyone can spend quality time together. The subtle theming throughout makes this property one of a kind and somewhere you cant wait to come back to year after year.
As you enter the home you are welcomed by its light, airy and clean feel and room for everyone’s belongings. From the spacious hallway you will find the dining area which comfortably seats 10 guests around the beautiful wooden dinning table. A perfect space for memorable dinners with friends and family.
On to the kitchen, which is complete with granite countertops, modern stainless steel appliances, utensils, an array of crockery, Ninja blender, a selection of coffee machines including Nespresso, and air fryer. You should find everything you need in this kitchen to cook up a wonderful meal. Seating for 4 can be found at the counter bar, and an additional six seats around the dining nook which overlooks the pool area. A great space for entertaining.
The spacious living room is the ideal spot to kick back and relax on the leather reclining sofas and large flat screen TV whilst also overlooking the large screened lanai and pool area.
Stepping outside onto the pool deck you can take in the fantastic pool and spa, providing a welcome cool down from the florida sunshine. Heating for the pool and spa is available as an optional extra in the colder months. Lounge on a sun lounger, cook on the complimentary BBQ and dine with family and friends whilst taking in the view of the beautiful pool area. With 3 overhead fans, a shaded lanai as well as an outdoor umbrella and pool safety fence this is an outdoor oasis for all to enjoy.
The bedrooms are truly magical! Each room is uniquely themed to delight guests of all ages:
• The Aladdin Room: Step into a world of wonder with a room inspired by the classic tale. Hand painted walls designs and beautifully themed décor transport you straight to Agrabah. Sleeping two guests in a luxurious king size bed with flat screen TV and 47 inch adjustable desk which is convenient for anyone working whilst away. The design flows through to the ensuite bathroom complete with large corner walk in shower and double sink vanity.
• The Star Wars Room: A galaxy far, far away comes to life in this out-of-this-world bedroom. With space-age decor and iconic characters, the force will definitely be with you as you sleep among the stars. A triple bunk bed sleeps 3 guests and the 4th and 5th guest sleeping in the Millenium falcon queen bed! With a Tie Fighter writing desk, flat screen tv and touches of star wars throughout, this room is dream come true for star wars fans. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity unit and bath/shower.
• The Princess Room: Perfect for little royalty, this room is fit for a princess with shimmering pastel hues, magical accents, and all the fairy-tale charm one could dream of. Whether they want to be Cinderella or Snow White, the possibilities for royal adventures are endless! Sleeping four guests in total –bunk beds complete with canopy and slide sleep 2 guests, with a 3rd guests in the princess twin bed and 4th in pull out trundle. This room also houses a writing desk, flat screen TV and comfortable seating. A shared bathroom located just off from this bedroom features a shower/bath and vanity.
• The Harry Potter Room: Magic flows through this bedroom, with all the enchanting details that bring the Wizarding World to life. From the house banners to spellbinding decor, this room will make any Potterhead feel like they’re staying at Hogwarts. Sleeping 5 guests in a set of 3 bunkbeds ( sleeping 3 guests) and a queen bed sleeping 2 This room also has a flat screen TV. A shared bathroom located just off from this bedroom features a shower/bath and vanity.
• Hollywood tower Hotel Master Bedroom: For those seeking an added thrill, the master bedroom on the ground floor features a classics of old Hollywood theme. Sophisticatedly decorated, this room has luxurious furnishings and tastefully thought-out linens. Entering the large ensuite bathroom you will find a walk in shower and double vanity. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV and views out over the inviting pool area. Being on the ground floor makes this room easily accessible.
The magic doesn’t end in the bedrooms, this home also has a 6 seat movie theatre complete with large, leather reclining chairs with under seat lighting and huge flat screen TV. The perfect spot to relax with the family after a day in the parks and watch your favorite movie or show.
For those who enjoy gaming, the games room has 2 TVs for guests to enjoy the use of a playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch, along with many games. It also features an electronic dart board, basket ball hoops and foosball. Keeping you cool whilst you enjoy the entertainment, this room has an AC unit.
For added convenience the home has a large washing machine and dryer for guest use, and a selection of pool towels.

Located within Solterra Resort, guests have access to an array of fantastic amenities. Solterra Resort is situated in one of central Florida`s newest conservation developments. With its location just off the I-4 highway all that Orlando has to offer is on its doorstep. The gulf beaches are easily reached by car and even Miami is only a few hours away.
