Located at the entrance of the home, you can enjoy games of pool/billiards at any time of time! The beautiful dining room is equipped for those family meals along with 2 additional bar stools.

Kitchen & Dining
Full-size kitchen with major stainless appliances and features. Everything you will need from plates, cups, silverware and pots & pans! Also equipped with plasticware for the pool deck and outdoor eating. Comes with our standard large drip coffee maker.

Living Room
A beautiful large recliner sofa looks out towards the lake/pool. Featuring a large, 55" Smart TV mounted on the wall, electric fireplace and a few board games. Also equipped with a ceiling fan!

Half-bathroom here for extra convenience!

Pool, Deck & Lanai
You'll be happy to know you have your own private pool & spa, looking out over the lake of Emerald Island. Along with a gas BBQ and a large covered lanai, and plenty of seating with sun loungers, this is the perfect place to lounge! Don't forget to check-out the clubhouse pools!

Pool doors are equipped with chimed alarms to ensure young children are safe. Pool also equipped a safety fence. Please DO NOT fully remove the safety fence provided on the pool deck. This is in place for your protection. To access the pool, simply remove a section of the fence to allow passage. Always replace and secure the fence when the pool or deck is not in use. Fence must be fully replaced upon check-out.


Theatre Room
The True Star of this home, a true theatre awaits you! Featuring a massive projector screen, 5.1 speaker system and 2 rows of all reclining seats! Equipped with a Roku Device - you can enjoy any of your own shows or movies on the large screen! Equipped with a split unit AC to keep you cool - just like the movies!

Please Note:
A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.

A Gas BBQ Grill provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use. Guest must replace the gas propane tank if needed.

Guests will need to register at the clubhouse upon arrival. The Resort will provide access cards for each vehicle. The Resort will charge $20 per card, per vehicle.


Pool heating is $35 per day, and must be requested and paid in advance. Heating is required to be on for the entire stay. Pool heating is needed for spa to heat up. (Minimum 3-nights required if your stay is shorter)

Pool heaters are typically set between 88F and 90F, while spas (if available) are set to 104F.

*Pool disclaimer: No specific regular pool temperature can be guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (72 to 48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March, depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

*Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service, but we will try our best to accommodate you. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit can be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.


No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.
