✔ POOL HEATING: It is optional. It must be turned on during the WHOLE stay to guarantee an optimal temperature. There is a fee of $35 / day. Please let us know if you would like to request this service.

✔ GRILL: This is optional and must be requested in advance. For only $70, it includes a full propane tank and all the cleaning after your check-out. Please let us know if you want to add this feature to your stay.

✔ PET POLICY: Please let us know if you are traveling with your pet so we can review the house policy and let you know if it is possible. When pet accommodation is ALLOWED, we have a 90.00 pet fee to pay separately for cleaning.
