About This Property
- This is not a standalone home. There are three total units on the property, and Unit C is on the right side with its own private entrance.
- One assigned parking spot is located at the front of the house, marked by letter. Additional street parking is available three blocks away.
- The backyard is available for guest use but is shared between units.
- The central HVAC system is managed remotely and set to 70°F, but can be adjusted upon request.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
- Free laundry for booking with +7 days, small fee charge if lower than 7 days
- The kitchen includes a full setup for cooking and dining.
- A smart TV and fast WiFi are available for entertainment and remote work.
- As there are other units on the property, occasional sounds from neighboring guests may be heard.
