Residenz Il Vigneto is located in a stunning panoramic setting in the small town of Oggebbio on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The location is the ideal starting point for a variety of excursions into the beautiful natural surroundings or to one of the historic towns around Lake Maggiore. The complex features a beautiful swimming pool with an integrated children’s area and a sun deck with lounge chairs. From here, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore. There’s also access to a beach, which you can reach on foot. It’s a public pebble beach. The comfortably furnished apartments at the residence offer everything you need for your vacation. There is an elevator; however, some apartments are accessible only via a few additional steps. Advance reservation is required.
The approximately 50-square-meter two-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed. Extra beds can be provided in the living area for two additional guests. A satellite TV is available. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a drip coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and a hair dryer. The apartment has a furnished terrace and offers a side view of the lake. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
