☆ Pool heating for $100/day. NOTE: It takes 8 hours to warm pool up. We warm the pool to 83-84*. (During winter months, could take up to 2 days to heat, 1* per hour). The easiest way to pay is send us a message and we will set up a pay request.
☆ Please be aware that the pool and hot tub share the same heating system. When the hot tub is in use, the heat is diverted away from the pool, which may cause the pool temperature to drop.
If you have paid for pool heating, we highly recommend not using the hot tub simultaneously to ensure the pool remains at the desired temperature.

3) Quiet hours 9pm-9am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.
4) Must be 25 years and older to book.
5) No pets allowed.
6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10) The swimming pool is, open from 9 am to 9 pm daily. Please
respect this timing for our neighbors' sake. Our outdoors
lights will go off at 9 pm.
11) No glass bottles near pool & hot tub. No sand/dirt/ grass allowed in pool & hot tub . Please rinse off prior to using. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pool requires additional cleaning or draining. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
