This spacious, ski-in/ski-out getaway at Jay Peak Resort puts you and your guests right in the heart of the action! Stock up on essentials at the Provisions General Store and then prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. Dine together or play some of the provided board games at the adjacent table, and then switch on the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows and movies on the 50" 4K smart TV in the cozy living area. This vacation rental also includes a deck and an electric grill for warm weather family cookouts.

This condo is located right on the Grammy Jay ski run offering easy ski-in/ski-out access to the Village Chair! Jay Peak's slopes welcome skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Not only can you ski and snowboard to your heart's content, you can also enjoy the on-site indoor waterpark (The Pump House), a fitness room, arcade, movie theater, climbing gym, and an ice skating rink, along with golf and hiking in the summer! And when additional activities beckon, head over to Tram Side or State Side on the shuttle. The shuttle picks you up right in the parking lot and brings you back to the parking lot when you are done having fun.

A 4x4 is recommended in winter.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I stayed at this property before, and picked it again because it was great - even asking to check in a day early. This time, I received the wrong door code upon check-in and had to reach out to gain access. Then, I didn't have a working TV or a wi-fi connection, and the fireplace did not work either. I reached out a few times to the owner/manager, but nothing was resolved.

Peak Time @ Jay Peak

The condo at Jay Peak was a very pleasant, very well maintained, very well equipped ski condo. We had outstanding local support from Vacasa's Matt Thompson who made excellent suggestions and was very helpful.The inviting ski-in/ski-out condo with its free WiFi, gas fireplace & free ski shuttle was a genuine treat. Highly recommended!

Amazing

We loved this condo. Ski in, ski out was great and ski closet made it all easy. Condo was clean, well anointed and perfectly situated. Great for families with stuff for small kids including gate on stairs. We loved Jay Peak. We want to come back. Note that can opener was missing but had everything else!

The property was great for our group of 4. Kitchen was well equipped, although toaster needs replacement. Bathrooms had lots of towels and dove soap/shampoo/conditioner. A few things we could have used were scissors and kleenex. The shower drains do need a cleaning as they filled up while showering to cover our feet and drained very slow. We did have an issue with beeping on our last night. It was a water sensor telling us there was a leak under the sink. We weren't sure how to shut the sensor off, eventually it stopped beeping. There were also chainsaws going around 8am Saturday and Sunday, that was quite noisy. Honestly a great place that we liked better than our friends cottage layout or hotel rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Jay Weekend

Stayed at the Grammy Jay Getaway for a weekend up at Jay Peak and it was the perfect fit for us. Check in was easy, the condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Birthday Ski Trip

This was our second stay at Grammy Jay Getaway. The property is really well maintained and comfortable. The location alongside the Grammy Jay trail makes it a perfect ski in/ski out condo.

Great ski house!

This place was fantastic. Clean and enjoyable to stay. Unfortunately because the small transfer lift was not running this was not ski-in-ski-out as advertised. But great time and would rent again later in the season when it’s truly ski in/out.

End of summer getway

Family end of the summer getaway. Wicked comfortable! Great safe area for the kids and dogs to play at. I just suggest stopping at a real groscry store before you get there. There are no real grocery stores around.

They didn't provide a parking pass and their customer support was completely worthless. Taking 4 business hours to resolve a simple issue. The fridge water dispenser was broken and the game system they advertised doesn't work.

Great place, true to description

This place is just as advertised. It’s nice and clean and a convenient ski in n ski out condo at Jay peak. There’s also free shuttle at the resort that can take us to lodges/water park. It also has a ski closet to store gears just outside the condo entrance. Check in is smooth and check out is standard. The only suggestion I have is to provide a little more basic cooking ingredients like oil. That would make it a little easier to cook at the condo.

2 nights at Jay

We were only here for 2 nights but greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Internet was easy to connect and worked well. We didn't use the TV, but it looked fine. There were games puzzles and video games available as well. The bed was comfortable. Though we didn't really cook, the kitchen had everything one could need. There was a considerable problem with check-in. We were supposed to be contacted the morning of our stay by Vacassa, the property mgt group. There was no contact. When I finally contacted them they informed me that their computer systems were down and they couldn't access the information needed for us to check into the condo. Said they would call back in 10 minutes or so. No call back. When I again contacted them, they could give us no time frame of when the information would be available but told us to go anyway as they were sure the problems would be solved by then. When pressed about what we should do if we were to arrive with still no check in information, they assured us that someone would be able to help us then. But no time frame. We did eventually have checkin information before arrival. It arrived at 5:03 pm. Check-in was 4:00. If we had left when we intended I don't know how long we would have been stranded. This unit was great. They need a different property manager.

Wonderful Ski Retreat!

I’ve stayed in Jay Peak condos before but this may be my favorite experience. 1. Dog friendly!! One of our dogs is very old and we prefer not to board him. Having the ability to bring him and then to have a place that was ski in / ski out so we could take him out for a potty mid day was such a luxury! 2. So clean!! The unit was cleaner than any others I’ve rented. It was pristine 3. I’ve seen listings mention “fully equipped kitchens” but they usually come up short. This kitchen was truly fully equipped. You could cook a real meal for a large family 4. Comfort and Size: the living area is very spacious. Love the gas fireplace!! 2 bathrooms was a plus, even for just two people. I’ve favorites this condo and will definitely come back.

Excellent Ski in/out!!

We have three kids (14, 9, & 3), and this location was excellent for everyone. The big kid could come and go, the middle kid could ski with the big or with the little, and the little loved the trail through the neighborhood. It was an excellent stay. Hope to be back next year!!

Perfect Location on Grammy Jay

This place was the perfect size and location for our group of 5 adults and 1 dog. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one person slept on the couch. Huge kitchen and dining area for hanging out, right on grammy jay trail. Note this is on the second floor so when you first enter, you must walk up a flight of stairs. Only two minor issues, which can be overlooked because the place was worth it. First, check in was delayed an hour and a half so we ended up waiting in the car until they finished cleaning the place. We couldn't go far with a dog and it was -10 out the day we arrived. Second, we couldn't get the TV to work or the gaming options. Ending up watching things off our phone and mirroring to the TV. I tried contacting the owner for help and could only talk to vacasa hotline which was absolutely no help. They also only have 1 parking spot for the unit which is inaccurate on the listing. Second car has to park at stateline lot if no room in the row. It was quiet the weekend we went so we were able to find a second spot easily. Otherwise, the place had all the kitchen utensils and cooking items plus some extra spices for use. I'd recommend this place to others looking to stay right on the trail and would stay again next year!
