Inviting and spacious main floor features master suite with 43 inch smart TV, fully applianced, and stocked chefs kitchen, Dining room and oversized fireplaced living room with 65 inch smart TV, ample seating to relax and with a work bench/bar if you need to work a bit. Board games include Monopoly, Scrabble, Chutes and ladders, Battleship, Uno, Left Right Center, playing cards, Mrs Pac Man video game and more!

Hot tub is off the deck along with patio set and deck seating. Gas grill and smoker available for use along with a generous sized fire pit.

- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
