Quiet retreat

We loved our stay in Aruba. The neighborhood is very quiet and the place was very clean. Communication was prompt and a lot of attention was paid to details to make our stay comfortable.

Aruba trip

Our studio was lovely and clean. All that was needed was our luggage. The outside area was very pretty and quiet. Our host Gregory was extremely professional, kind and very helpful. He went over and beyond assisting us with any questions we had. Will definitely be staying there again!!

Vacances au paradis

Un logement parfait pour un couple qui apprécie les activités et la tranquillité. Situé près des magnifiques plages de Arashi, Eagle Beach , Palm beach et Boca Catalina puis Malmok pour faire du snokling et des magasins , épicerie et restaurant dans un horizon de moins de 10 minutes. Très calme et sécuritaire et un accueil superbe par les propriétaires. Merci de ce beau séjour de la découverte de cette île par ses mers tranquilles comme déchaînées et ses paysages à couper le souffle dans le parc national À bientôt . Benoit et Katia ☀️

Pleasant neighborhood

Greg’s apartment was in a quite neighborhood, close to the beach. We had all everything we needed to prepare some meals ourselves. We had a rental car to get around on the island. The grocery store was close by.

Beautiful Island!

Happy with our stay! Great communication with Greg. He went out of his way to help me with the car rental company we choose More4less (which was great) and any questions or concerns I had. The Studio property is simple and cozy with what is needed. We just wanted a safe and quiet place to just sleep and shower due to the exploring we wanted to do in the Island. Also, We didn't have any problems with the next door neighbors. Overall had no issues and we are so happy with our stay. Thank you Greg and also Azaira that helped with the checking in and out! Places I would reccomend in the Island would be De Palm Tours 8 Hr Safari Off Roading Tour. Amazing experience! Places to eat on my list would be: Zeerover, Flying Fishbone and Mahara(Lebanse Food).

2 swimsuits and 2 sun dresses is all you need!

If you are in Aruba for Beaching, Sun and Sunsets, this is the perfect location. Extremely private and well located. A beautiful and spacious yard replete with self watering desert and tropical plants and an outdoor shower. Furnished with everything with from beach chairs to can opener! A contemporary and tasteful kitchenette. A large storage room with washing machine. Spacious indoor shower and modern sparkling bathroom. Owner always thoughtful and quickly responsive. We're and old married couple who just returned form nearly 3 weeks there and just grew to love the studio more and more!

Super relaxing

Another awesome stay in Aruba. This is still a hidden gem for us. Quiet and secluded from the hotels but close to Arashi beach. Greg and Izaira were attentive as always but really wasn’t needed as we had everything at the unit, plus the little extras that make the stay even better. Beach chairs, noodles for the water (they help to snorkel if you are not a great swimmer), coolers, shopping bags . Always love the outdoor shower when we are here too! Spent a little more time at Boca Catalina this time and the snorkelling is fantastic there, right from shore and lots of fish. This is the area they take all the snorkelling trips so must be good right! Just a few minute drive from this place. Izaira lets us check out a little later since we had a later flight which was very helpful as well, gave us an extra morning at the beach and still time to clean up before heading out. Always accommodating, thanks Izaira! We know where to go when in Aruba....right here!!

Great Studio Apartment

This apartment is excellent. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is very close to the best beaches in Aruba. I would highly recommend this to any couples who want a very clean place to stay. The yard is very nice to sun in and just relax. The owner and manager are very nice to work with!

January in paradise

We were very pleased with our studio. It had everything you could possibly want. Fully equipped kitchen with air and a washing machine. The yard outside was huge with a BBQ, outdoor shower, lots of extra seating and a clothes line. Definitely a property to come back to. We were very close to Arashi Beach and it became our go to beach most days. The owner supplied beach chairs and cooler so were able to take our lunch to the beach. Lots of snorkelling and beaches on the island. The beaches are pristine and the local people are so friendly and helpful. The one must do excursion is De Palm Tours Off Road Safaris - Natural Pool Adventure. You really need an excursion to see the other side of the island. It's so rugged and beautiful and we had a total blast. The island features loads of fantastic restaurants. Aruba is definitely a beautiful island and well worth returning to. A well situated suite in a peaceful part of paradise.

My newly wed wife and I had an amazing stay in this suite situated in paradise. The management was welcoming, helpful, and readily available. Izaira was great to orientate us to the island and save a lot in booking rentals and excursions. I would highly recommend the property as it had the essentials+ and was cozy like home since day one of our stay. Overall a great experience and a well managed, clean and a perfect location to stay in Aruba.

Peace and tranquillity

Great studio! Five minutes to all the best beaches! The studio is equipped with everything you need for a great Vacation! We rested and enjoyed the beaches for two weeks- it was spectacular! Highly recommend this studio!

Wonderful 2 weeks in Aruba

Just got back from 2 fabulous weeks. When we arrived Izaira was there waiting for us. She show us the apart and told us was we could see in Aruba. Everything you could have in your house is there. We enjoyed eating outside in the morning. A big plus is 2 beach chairs, cooler and beach towel. Everything is less then 15 minutes by car. Nice beaches and you can snorkling almost everywhere. A lot of good restaurant outside the hotel zone. Local are very friendly, We had beers with a few of them. We enjoyed our 2 weeks and we will be back. Thank you for everything Greg and Izaira. Quiet and breezy

Our stay in the Noord area was great. The house is just a few minutes from beach but off the main roads so its quiet. Also has several small mini Marts not far away. We enjoyed the house mostly due it's location. Most everything we wanted to do was less than 15 minutes away. The house was small but offered everything we needed. And to be honest we didn't choose to go to Aruba to sit in a house, we went to see the country. Having beach towels and chairs on site is one of the things you don't realize you need till you arrive. And were very nice to have. We went all over the island (literally the whole island) and the Noord/malmok area was our favorite place. The beaches are beautiful and not nearly as crowded as the hotel beaches. Lots great snorkeling spots just minutes away. We definitely enjoyed our stay on the island and this little house aided our vacation.

Fabulous week at Esmeralda!!!

We just got back from a fabulous week in Aruba. The accommodations at Esmeralda were the added bonus! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need or want to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The communications with the owner and the property manager were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast outdoors each morning, or relaxing on the lounge chairs in the beautiful, private enclosed yard. The house is in a quiet upscale neighborhood, near a beautiful beach and only minutes from a major grocery store and other shops. We loved renting this house and have already made another reservation to stay here again. A special Thank You to Gregory and Izaira for making our stay extra amazing.

Magnifique Vacance

Nous avons passé d’excellente vacance au Studio Esméralda nous avons séjourner 3 semaines. L’appartement est tel que sur les photos. Les plus Très propre et bien équiper. La coutellerie et les casseroles sont d’excellente qualité. Adorer la machine à café (expresso et régulier) Grille-pain grilloir (grilloir trop petit presque inutile). Cuisinière a gaz très fonctionnel. Le studio est effectivement petit et conçu pour deux adultes et un enfant. Nous avons très apprécié les chaises de plage (Tommy Bahamas) glacière de plage. La grande pièce de rangement bien utile et beaucoup de serviette et coffre-fort. Grande chambre de bain complète et eau chaude a la douche. Grand téléviseur avec chaine américaine et aussi apprécier le câble HDMI déjà installer (pour brancher divers appareils). Air climatisé efficace et silencieuse. Plusieurs items laissé d’ancien client sur place (épices, charbon, papier aluminium et plastique, allume feu) Tous les produits de nettoyage sur place aussi. A l’extérieur une grande cour très privée et fleuris avec chaise longue de très bonne qualité avec toile pour ombre. Porche d’une bonne dimension. Corde à linge très pratique. Douche extérieure. Quartier sécuritaire. Les petits moins (non dramatique mais héritant). Internet signaux faible même a l’intérieur et très problématique à l’extérieur (sous le porche parfois on capte une douzaine de voisin sauf celui du studio). Grande intimité dans la cour mais pas sous le porche qui donne directement sur 2 fenêtres de l’unité attenante. Lit très confortable mais un très grand lit serait idéal. Coin repas intérieur restreint. Dans l’ensemble qualité prix excellent. Gregory un 5 étoiles pour sa rapidité de réponse et d’action tout au long de notre séjour et très amical….Merci pour tout Gregory tu as fait en sorte que notre séjour fut agréable et fantastique. Nous recommandons cet appartement. J’y retournerais volontiers. Daniel & Diane

Nice property!

This apartment worked out great for the two of us. The yard with patio and shower was charming and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen so we could cook easily. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner kept us cool, and plenty of towels were provided as well as restaurant guide books. Having two reclining beach chairs and coolers to use was the best thing ever! We stayed two weeks and hit every beach. This was a dreamy vacation of near perfection that we will remember forever.

Great Property, nice owners, great location in safe area near all the beaches and restaurants.

We loved our stay in January 2018, the people who own and manage the property are always available if needed, the owner provided all pertinent information we needed to know. The place is very clean and nice bathroom, lots of privacy. Kitchen is very well stock up with all the nessesary cookware, dishwater and everything you need to be very comfortable. Coolers and beach chairs are provided. We had a great time in Aruba and definately planning to come back to this property. Do not miss a great stay.

Comfortable and private

We had an amazing time at this lovely apartment. If only we could have stayed longer! The apartment was just about as perfect as it looked in the pictures. Loved the location, far away from the "big" city. Proximity to Boca Catalina with amazing snorkeling and Arashi beaches was ideal. It's very quiet in this location, which is a real plus. If you want to drive to the busy tourist strip, it's not that far away. The property was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed - nice shower, air conditioning (very quiet), clean bed, Internet, fully equipped kitchen. Loved the private backyard and the outdoor shower was a big plus. The communication with the owner, Gregory, was great before and during our stay. Both he and the property manager Izaira were just a phone call away and gave us a lot of tips and useful information. Thank you, Gregory and Izaira for your great hospitality and attention! You both are amazing! We would love to come back again!

Everything was great!

The apartment was modern and clean and contained everything that we needed. The location is only 5 minutes from Araschi Beach which is where we spent almost every one of our 28 days snorkelling. Gregory and Izaira were available daily to solve problems (which there weren't). We were very happy with our experience!

Esmeralda Gem - Great Value in a Fabulous Area of the Island

My husband and I recently stayed 10 days in the studio suite at 104 Esmeralda. The location of the studio suite is perfectly placed in the Noord/Malmok area. You are situated close to the best snorkelling beaches and an easy 15 minute drive to excellent food shopping and beach side restaurants on Palm Beach. The studio is clean and quiet. It has a very nice outside seating area with a table to eat at or lounge chairs to enjoy. The kitchen is small but very adequate for light cooking. If you are seasoned cooks and enjoy exploring cooking with local ingredients, just know that you will be using a gas cooktop and will not have an oven at your disposal. That said, Gregory, the property manager and his excellent team of onsite coordinators, have ensured that the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, glasses and cooking pots of all sizes and description. They have even supplied a sewing kit and scissors for your use. During the first few days of our stay we experienced problems with the water supply and the plumbing. Although this was somewhat of a nuisance, Gregory was very quick to respond and rectify the situation. The unit can sleep three but two is by far the more comfortable number of occupants for the size of the suite. Storage is great, lots of space to store your luggage and clothes and coolers are available for you to use at the beach. There are no laundry facilities onsite but the side yard does have a handy washline to use. Aruba is a beautiful island and 104 Esmeralda is right in the heart of the fantastic Malmok beach area.

Beautiful Aruba apartment

Greg and Izaira were great from start to finish! This apartment is lovely and was perfect for our beach vacation!!! Very clean and nicely decorated. When we return to Aruba we plan to stay here again! We made breakfast/lunches here. Outside area is great for eating breakfast, taking showers, either after the beach to get the salt/sand off or your regular shower (house next door but no one can see over the fence). We spent majority of our time at the beach and visiting friends on the island so we didn't spend any time just hanging at the apartment or making dinner here, there is a BBQ outside. There were some ants in the kitchen (really minor), but hey its an Island so just keep stuff in the fridge and wipe up anything sugary like juice or RUM! If you are looking for an indoor place to relax you can do it here but not a large area to lounge inside. If you plan on spending your days outdoors and use this a base it is fantastic. Arashi beach is very close, minutes to drive too and can bike or walk there quite easily. Arashi beach was our favorite, it was less crowded than the bigger beaches, water was a little deeper than Baby Beach but still has sand bars. We used the beach chairs from the house which worked out great. You can snorkel at Arashi quite easily in a few different spots that are deeper and then swim to the shallows and stand up if you need a break. We had a Jeep for the week, did some off roading by the lighthouse/golf course and drove the island down to Baby beach for the day. Baby beach was great for snorkeling even though there is some current in the water it was quite safe (I am not a swimmer at all btw). EATS: Big Mamas: Curry Goat, Oxtail Stew--awesome Red Fish: great fish, fresh and good prices. Staff is great here! Faro Blanco: Romantic sunset and very good food, a little pricier but worth it Zeerovers: Choose your Freshly caught fish/shrimp then cooked while you wait, 4 of us ate for under $40 US plus beer of course - 2 buckets for 22 and 6 to take home!! Sunset views! Our bags did not arrive on time, we had no phone service (only the wifi in the house) we used Izaira's phone number as a contact for the airline and she was essential in making sure we got our bags. Izaira meet us before we left, asked how we liked the place/suggestions we had which was nice, shows interest. Cheers Izaira!! Greg was super easy to deal with when booking/answering questions and helpful with suggestions for our trip. Cheers! One happy couple

Simply beautiful

Great quiet property near beaches away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. Had everything you may need for a short or long term rental. Property owner and manager were a delight to deal with. Definitely need a car rental to get to places. Has plenty of closet space too. Thank you!
