You will be welcome in this apartment in the residential area of Les Vespins in Cagnes sur mer.
The apartment has been recently renovated. Ideal for a stay for two, or a small family of 4 thanks to the sofa bed.
The bedroom has a 160 bed, the living room is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan as well as a sofa bed offering an additional extra bed for 2.
The apartment is bright, pleasant to live in and quiet.

The residence has a pretty swimming pool for beautiful days at the water's edge.

Parking will be on the street as we do not have parking. The impasse and the adjacent streets allow parking without too much difficulty.

In the heart of the residential district of Vespins, the apartment is located just 300 m from the beach, the tourist office and the marina with its many bars and restaurants.
Between the Cros de Cagnes promenade and the Flots Bleus promenade, very close to the Cap 3000 shopping center and its 300 shops and restaurants with a sea view, the location of the apartment is ideal.

Cros-de-Cagnes is a district of Italian fishermen who came to the Côte d'Azur in the 19th century. The Cros-de-Cagnes district is characterized by its small streets and fishermen's houses, now surrounded by buildings. Avenue des Oliviers is the main shopping street

A few km in the direction of Antibes, we find the racecourse of Cagnes sur mer, Marina Baie des Anges, Marineland or the famous casino of La Siesta.
As far as sports activities are concerned, Cagnes sur Mer offers opportunities for sailing, as well as diving, windsurfing/kayak and catamaran rental. For golf lovers, courses are available nearby as well as horse riding and tennis.
In winter, you can access several resorts in the region during the day, such as Isola 2000 in 1.5 hours by car.

A bus stop 3 minutes from the apartment served by major bus lines allows you to easily go to Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, Nice, Monaco, Menton among others. Saint-Laurent-du-Var Train Station is less than 2 km away. Nice Côte d'Azur airport a few minutes by car.
