Adeline and Martin welcome you to their charming, completely refurbished apartment just a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais, in the heart of Nice's "Carré D'or" district.
You find all amenities just around the corner: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. as well as the beach which is a 2-minute walk away.
Chez Tango is a pleasant 50sqm, completely refurbished two-room apartment on the second floor with elevator for up to 4 people.

* If you have booked for 2 people but want to have the Sofa beds prepared then 25€ are to be paid upon arrival.

Well-equipped with hob, oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishes etc., a bar table with bar chairs for 4 people
Bathroom:
With Italian shower, shampoo and shower gel, washbasin with small cabinet and toilet.
Also available:
- hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, beach towels, and sun umbrella.
*We would like to inform you that the facades of the building will be renovated from April to the end of July 2025. To this end, scaffolding will be erected on the façade in question.

Scaffolding will be erected from the first floor to the last floor of the building. Noise nuisance is less likely, as it will mainly involve painting work on the façade, balustrades/handrails and wooden window doors (Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm.
We have already adjusted our rental price downwards in line with the situation and the associated restrictions.

Information:
The apartment has no air conditioning (but 2 fans), no TV and no freezer.
Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included):
4pm – 8pm: 50€
8pm – 10pm: 75€
10pm – 12am: 100€
12am – 1am: 150€
After 1am: 200€
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.
Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)
Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.
We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
