Back inside, you'll find a dining table that seats four and a fully-equipped kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances that include a French door fridge, dishwasher, and a coffee maker! The breakfast bar offers two spaces for a quick breakfast or snack on the go. Off the kitchen is the other balcony where you'll find two rocking chairs and a gas grill. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower on this level as well.
The staircase will take you to the second level where you'll find two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The main bedroom features a ceiling fan, a flatscreen TV, a private balcony, and a spacious closet. Down the hall are the stackable washer/dryer and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, if you book this charming coastal retreat, you'll be granted access to a community outdoor HEATED pool.

There are several dining options within walking distance, including Broussard's of Navarre Beach, Windjammers on the Pier, and Juana's Pagodas. Navarre Beach Beach Pier, Florida's longest pier at 1,545 feet, is 0.3 of a mile away from you. It's the ideal place for anglers to drop their lines in. Navarre Beach Park is perfect for stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking, as the area offers eight public access points and 15 picnic pavilions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
