Make sure to bring some favorite recipes along as well, as the full kitchen has everything you need to make any meal with ease. Plus, there is no need to worry about sandy clothes, as this condo has a private washer and dryer for your convenience.

We rented this property mainly bc of the balcony and view. Didn't have either!!!!

Was extremely dissatisfied that the balocny and all the windows in the living room overlooking the sound side/gulf view was boarded completely up. We couldn't access the balcony at all! This is the whole reason we booked this property!!! The balcony was suppose to be our parental escape at night and was not!

Worst vacation experience we've ever had

Staying at this condo was the absolute worst vacation experience we have ever had. One of the main reasons that we booked this unit was for the view. The pictures from the listing were beautiful and showed nice patio furniture on the patio for sitting and looking out at the bay. My 80 year old dad was incredibly excited to sit out on there every morning, take in the view and drink coffee in solitude. Upon arrival, the patio furniture was missing and there were instructions to not use the patio due to construction. 3 days into our week long stay, construction workers showed up, boarded up the patio windows, and were drilling/hammering/sawing on the patio outside of the unit all day for 3 days straight. We could not sleep in. We could not take a nap. Due to being on the third floor, breathing in construction debris was unavoidable as it filled up the stairwells. We are concerned about the health hazard, having no idea if we were breathing in asbestos or other harmful things from all the sawing. There was absolute nothing relaxing/enjoyable about our stay there. I sent a message on VRBO to the property management company, VACASA. No one replied. My brother-in-law went by the property management office twice, talked to someone about the issues we were having, and both times was told a property manager would call them back. No one ever did. Top it off with multiple roaches in the condo while we were there, dirty floor mats in the laundry unit upon arrival, the master bathroom having it’s ceiling air vent literally hanging down, exposing a big hole in ceiling. We would never have paid for this unit if we would have known there would be no patio and there would be construction going on during our stay. Feels like false advertising. We did not get what we paid for. We left a day early because it was such a bad experience Total letdown. Terrible place to stay. HORRIBLE property management experience. Will absolutely never stay anywhere again that is managed by VACASA.

Pros and Cons

I don't normally leave negative reviews but here goes. Let's start with the positives. The location is great. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were delightful. The kitchen was adequate (could have used more utensils) It was all very clean. The carpet was curled on one end and we couldn't turn it without moving a lot of furniture. SOMEONE is going to get hurt. We tripped on it constantly. The whole building is under renovation. The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on ...also to sleep on. The love seat was better. The apartment can hold 8 comfortably and there are 5 places to sit. Really? One day we came back and someone had been in the apartment and opened the crawl space. No one told us in advance that this was happening. We had a 13 year old girl who had come back to the apartment early. We would NEVER have allowed that had we known! THAT IS NOT OKAY. Another day they came in a removed balcony furniture. They did let us know about that. The fan in the bathroom dropped out of the ceiling and white fluff descended on everything. Multiple times. The shower curtain in one bathroom was hanging by three hooks. Really guys? Buy $6.00 worth of hangers. DO NOT press on handle in the shower... it does not hold your weight. SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET HURT. We don't wish anyone ill but FIX THE APARTMENT. Don't rent this apartment until these things are fixed.

Beware

The condo itself was nice. The reason I am rating our stay one star is because the buildings are all under construction. We woke up to construction on the building and unit itself. There were construction workers on a man lift looking into our unit. It was so loud! There were saws, hammering, machinery, vehicles, etc. The balconies were closed with a warning on the front door to also avoid walkways near the balcony in the unit, aka living room and master bedroom. We literally had construction workers at our windows removing the caulk around the windows. There is some major structural issues going on with all of the balconies. They could have not rented the unit that weekend since it was clearly under construction but they cared so little about the customer that they allowed for us to give them our money knowing what we were going to get with no warning ahead of time. If you thinking of renting this unit, I would avoid renting until all construction is finished and the structural issues have been fixed.

3Flights/No Balcony

Transactions, check in/out were a breeze. Everything was explained, all questions were answered truthfully. 3 flights of stairs to get in, balcony unavailable. Worked for us bc we only stayed 48 hours. Would have to choose a lower unit for the senior citizens.

Just like the pictures

Location was perfect. You can walk to the beach. Check in code did not work but I called to the number on the door and was assisted right away. Weather did not permit pull use. I did go see it and was dirty but couldn't been because of the wind? Bring your condiments for the kitchen.This condo is on the 3rd floor/no elevator. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Condo

It was beautiful, exactly what we needed. Also in the perfect location. Only thing I would have liked to see is a way to recycle, we were not able to do that. Also maybe some board games or puzzles. Other that that it was perfect! Would for sure stay again.

Property as described. Very clean, easy beach access and pool access. We were given the wrong access code but were able to quickly get that resolved. Suggestions would be to fix frayed carpet at door jams, carpet tacks sticking up and were hard on feet, especially little ones. Another suggestion would be a few more “staples” such as coffee filters. It was more like a hotel than like other VRBO places we have stayed. Nothing for the kitchen such as spices, salt/pepper etc. There was no way to make ice, ice maker not working and no ice trays. Would rent again if not on third level and had a few more essentials.

Great Vacation

The location was great! The beach is across the street and the bay is behind the condo- best of both worlds. The place was well-equipped, beds were comfortable. It was super convenient to the Navarre pier, which we enjoyed going to every evening. We even got to witness an almost 11 foot Tiger shark get caught, tagged and released. Incredible experience!

Nice but had technical problems

The location was perfect, between the bay and the ocean. It’s a 3rd floor walk up. Everything was great except the refrigerator didn’t work. After several calls to Vrbo and inability to get a repair scheduled we had to mAke due with no fridge or freezer... lost a bunch of food and forced to pickup fast food due to covid restrictions. We made it work but it was definitely a bummer. I’m waiting to see if the credit for the inconvenience goes through. If the fridge gets replaced I’d recommend this place.
