This property was nothing like it was advertised. It was filthy, falling apart, and guest services was not helpful. I thought I was booking a beautiful, clean suite. I have photos and videos of how awful it was. Right after checking in, I had to call guest services due to the bathroom not being clean and having hair and soap from previous guests. I had to call 3 times before a ticket was put in. The first person I spoke with was rude and kept interrupting me, then hung up on me before I was done explaining my issue. I was very polite, but this made me very upset. After 45 mins I called again and was told nothing had been submitted. Another 30 mins went by so I found a worker who called again, then someone was sent. The housekeeper I got was the sweetest lady and very professional unlike guest services. I also sent a message to the person I rented from who did not acknowledge how it was nothing as advertised. This kept being avoided because they know they are scamming people. I understand the no cancellation since they are falsely advertising the property. The location, Miss Jackie on nightshift, and the comfortable bed were the only positive things I can say about this place. It smelled, had roaches, was dirty, falling apart, and just terrible. I also called in about the toilet paper holder falling off the wall as soon it was touched, but was never fixed. If I could post the photos and video i wou i DO NOT recommend anyone waste their time or money on Compass Cove Resort
