Welcome to Loon’s Landing, an exquisite home that was thoughtfully designed for family retreats. The charm of the Adirondack-style exterior seamlessly blends with modern interior finishes. From the moment you walk in the front door and gaze through the wall of windows looking out at the lake, you feel welcomed and invited to relax.

Nestled on a point in a picturesque cove, the property boasts an impressive 365 feet of lake frontage adorned with a sprawling sandy beach, a U-shaped dock capable of accommodating two 26’ boats, and a flat lot that encourages you to spend all your time outside. The property has northwestern exposure so gorgeous sunsets over Red Hill can be enjoyed from the spacious patio and expansive lawn. The beach and dock are on a channel in a no-wake zone, so don’t hesitate to bring your kayak with you – no speeding boats to worry about. Across the channel lies conservation land, a sanctuary for loons to nest along the water’s edge.

Indoors, the main floor embraces an open concept living space featuring a chef’s kitchen with a generous island that beckons everyone to gather. A bar, cozy seating area, and double-sided fireplace offers an adult retreat off the living room. The dining table, positioned on the other side of the kitchen, provides a scenic backdrop of the lake for every meal, with a screened porch adjacent to keep an eye on the kids at play on the beach. A full bath and an office complete one side of the main floor, while the primary bedroom, adorned with a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite boasting a soaking tub and full shower, graces the opposite end.

Don’t miss the breathtaking views from the landing at the top of the stairs! Sink down in the plush swivel chairs and enjoy your morning cup of coffee while soaking in the views through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. The two bedrooms on one side of the second floor are hidden behind a sliding barn door; both have queen beds and share a bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the landing, you’ll find a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bunk room with three sets of large bunks. And don’t miss the entertainment room, where everyone is sure to gather and play games or watch TV. There is one additional bathroom at this end, shared by the bedrooms and entertainment room.

Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $300, towel packages are $12 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
