SPACE
THE APARTMENT, completely renovated, is located on the fifth floor of a historic building in the heart of the center of Modena, very easy to reach from the train station or by car thanks to the ZTL pass and free parking .
It has large windows that make the rooms airy and bright and from the bedroom balcony you can enjoy a wide and wonderful view over the roofs.

THE ENTRANCE is completely autonomous thanks to the self check-in and the lift will leave you exactly in front of the front door.
Once you enter you will have the kitchen on your right, while the large living area opens up in front of you.

In the LIVING ROOM, furnished with a mix of modernity and tradition, you will find a large table, a sofa, a wonderful vintage armchair and a 50" smart TV with Netflix subscription included which will allow you to relax or work in a unique, silent and pleasant environment.

The KITCHEN is small, but bright and airy thanks to the two large windows. It is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare a meal at home: microwave, dishwasher, hob with 3 burners, pots, crockery and all the main kitchen utensils. We have also prepared a coffee corner with a Nespresso coffee machine with pods , and a kettle with tea and herbal teas.

From the living area a corridor leads to the TWO spacious DOUBLE BEDROOMS, both with a bed with memory foam mattress (160x200cm), a chest of drawers for storing your personal items and a large window equipped with an automatic shutter.
In one of the two bedrooms there is a small balcony from which to enjoy the beautiful view over the roofs of the city.

The house is completed by the BATHROOM, with window and shower cubicle, where we will leave everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, set of towels and shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Washing machine with detergent capsules available for a comfortable and practical stay, heating and air conditioning , wifi connection and free parking for the entire duration of the stay.
Bed linen and towels , provided by a professional laundry, are included.
