This condo has excellent access to the beautiful beach and pool. Take a look at the past guest reviews about this great condo and you will quickly see why guests return year after year. If you are looking for a high quality, well maintained and clean condo you have found it.

This condominium is as close to parking, pool, boardwalk, and beach as you can get. Upscale ground floor unit eliminates the need to use an elevator and/or steps to access the condo. No need to use the elevator or walk through the lobby/hallways to get to the pool, boardwalk, and beach. Walk off of the patio and be at the pool and boardwalk to beach in just seconds. Beautiful landscape, sand dune and partial ocean view from condo.

New furniture throughout. Newly updated and well stocked kitchen. GE stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, over the range microwave, dishwasher, range/stove. This condo is perfect for families with children and those looking for easy and quick access to the pool and beach - just 110' feet from the patio to the pool and boardwalk. . Free wireless internet service is available for guest use.

1,250 square foot unit is located on the ground floor of Beachside One. The great location provides privacy with beautiful landscape, sand dunes and partial ocean view from the living room, master bedroom, and oversized patio. Unlike most rental units you will not find rental package furniture in this condo.

Sandestin is a 2,400 acre paradise that has all the amenities that anyone could imagine.

Beachside One is a private gated condominium building, the smallest gulf-front building in Sandestin. The quality and convenience of the unit, coupled with the beauty and amenities of Sandestin, make it a great place to spend your vacation and leisure time.

Great golf, shopping, dining and family activity opportunities just minutes away at Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall - the largest designer factory outlet mall in Florida.

Property was under construction so walk out to the beach from back patio was not an option. Also, I had never been to Miramar beach so didn’t know 1st floor condos have zero view of the beach. Felt paying close to 600 a night was excessive considering higher floors were priced at similar or equal rate.

Wonderful week in Miramar at Beachside I

My husband, two teenaged sons, and I so enjoyed our stay in Carrie’s 1st floor condo at Beachside I in Sandestin. It’s extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with many extras. If you enjoy cooking for your family some nights while at the beach, as I do, the kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach and a large outdoor patio with furniture, where I enjoyed my coffee in the mornings. The beds are also very comfortable, which we all so appreciated, as this is not always the case in rentals. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Highly recommend!

The condo was clean, beautiful, and perfectly located. We had everything that we needed and more for a comfortable trip to the beach. We also truly appreciated the security on the beach and at the pool. Their monitoring of the private spaces meant that people weren’t strolling in from other areas and setting up in your space or blocking your view of the water and the pool never got too crowded. It was a much needed, refreshing break!

Too many kids just allowed to take over the pool and hot tub with very little, if any supervision. Owner assures us it is usially not like that and it was just due to the timing of spring break. Pool was heated nicely and both pool and hot tub closely maintained. All areas in and out of the unit very clean. Would stay here again but not during spring break.

Easy Private Beach and Pool Access

Beautiful condo with fully stocked kitchen made grilling out by the pool super easy with walk out private beach access. This was the perfect long weekend getaway. The owner was super nice and easy to communicate with when we had a question and made great local recommendations. We had an awesome time. The walk out access to beach and pool made putting our 9 month old baby down for naps really easy when he got sleepy.

Fantastic stay!

This is a fantastic property. We have stayed in many home rentals and this might be the best. This unit is on the ground level with easy access to the beach and pool area. And the building is located in a great location on the Sandestin property. We used the beach chairs, umbrellas, and games during our stay. It was so nice to have these items in the unit. Communication with the owner was easy - she quickly answered any questions I had before and during our stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sandestin.

Awesome property with a great location

Property was in a great location on Sandestin resort. Loved being so close to pools and beach. Loved that beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas were at the property. There was also lots of sand/beach toys but we didn’t use those. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the pans/utensils you need plus additional items like spices and other odds and ends. Beds were comfortable. All in all, a great property and location. Would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Great family vacation!

We traveled with a 3 and 6 year old and this ground floor condo was perfect for us. It made coming and going so easy as well as unpacking and packing the car. The kids LOVED all of the ocean books in their bedroom. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. A very well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. The owner was great to work with!

Great Location!

Loved that the property was located on the 1st floor…..this made loading and unloading car easy, easy access to beach and pool area. Condo was clean and comfortable!! Owner provided umbrellas and chairs for use on beach and was quick to respond if a problem arose! Decor was was perfect!
